I love total interior cleaner. I ordered 2 16 ounce spray bottles and they were shipped in a bag. They showed up with both bottles leaking. It looks like the bag was kicked around the back of the UPS truck for the entire week it took them to arrive. Do better with your packaging also your sprayer heads on your 16 ounce bottles suck. For every five I use roughly two will break or stop working. I got so I keep the heads off of empty bottles to replace the ones that break. ... show more

I have a quite old Rav4 with ugly patches on the steering wheel, interior door handles, etc., where 14 years of sweat, dirt, and who know what had combined to leave a rather disgusting looking mess anywhere that my hands regularly touch. I had previously tried rubbing alcohol, Goo-gone, and a variety of other products to clean these areas, all with very limited success. I'm so glad I found this stuff! I cleaned my van with this stuff and it looks as good as they day I bought it, after four kids, road trips, spilled drinks, sticky stuff, dust, grease, and grime. I had a car detailed by a professional detailer before I sold the car, and decided to buy this (based on the reviews I read) to use on the Town Car I bought and detail it myself. This works great on the dash, which is a combination of plastic, "fake" wood, and the radio screen, etc., and it also cleans the inside of the windows with no problem. I recommend using microfiber cloths no matter which surface you use it on. I've bought the leather cleaner and the carpet cleaner, and can't wait to use those on the car as well. I went to detail my car last month, grabbed the usual stuff off the shelf in the store and was terribly disappointed! It didn't clean much and left a speckled haze across every thing. Did you know the "leading brand" literally says "don't use us" !! ?? Actually: "don't use on plastic, glass touch screens, or synthetic leather". Um, that's every car made for the last 15 years! Chem Guys took off the haze, restored the shine in everything!! Seriously. The plastic/glycol haze off the windshield I usually have to mix rubbing alcohol and windex and polish to remove, every stain off the carpet, the leather seats, even the deep stains, the dashboard, the entertainment center and touch screen, the synthetic steering wheel, every knob and button! Product wonderful EXCEPT not much spent on bottle; luckily my order came fast and well-wrapped (hmmmmm-- is the vendor already aware?), so the leaking was captured and minimal. Poor cap fit, too thin a bottle, maybe the squishy materials made the top leak. The product worked fine, save for the significant loss iof same nside plastic wrap, AROUND bottle (yeah...they know!). Unfortunately a third of liquid was lost. And the spray is all over the place. I might put in another container. That's money gone, and we're not talking huge bottle either. Yeah. Packaging is important. Shipping was fine. A little longer 'cause it was free I think. If I buy again, maybe I can talk more about the pros of the actual, working product. So far, no problems protecting interior. Not greasy, not sticky, not stupidly shiny. It works. But the bottle is bad. Adjusting to no avail; dripping, running down sides, on cloth car seats (a no-no if I read that right). I baby my car. No drippy allowed! ... show more

This won’t replace a steamer or carpet extractor but for door cards, dashes, plastic trim, screens, and that annoyingly easy to scratch piano black plastic (I can’t wait for that stupid trend to end!) it does a great job. Not overbearing scent, and a streak free finish if you follow directions. A microfiber towel (tags removed, no harsh edges!) and a little elbow grease make this stuff work quite well.
