This is a great microwave! Absolutely happy with my purchase. I love the 30 second button instead of having to hit "time cook 3 0 start", you just hit the 30 second button and you are done. The one difference from my other microwave was the door. My other microwave, you just pulled the door and it opened. This one has a button on the inside of the door which took some getting used to but now it is just fine and I would probably not want to use the one just pulling the door open. :) It also looks very nice in my kitchen. Great quality and easy to clean.

This thing is junk. I purchased this for my sister and her husband through Amazon because they asked me to do the checkout. The had already picked it out. I've never heard of this brand before and I told them this. The microwave was purchased as "new", but it was received without the turntable glass. they plugged it in to see the display, being willing to wait for the glass thing. the display buttons didn't work. they couldn't set the clock, they couldn't get it to work. This brought my sister to tears because it was so frustrating for her. They don't do online purchases much, but it's easier for them with the bigger items so they don't have to carry them. Anyway, this piece of junk of course is being returned, it's sitting outside their door waiting for UPS to pick it up as I write. And of course I cannot recommend this piece of junk. like the so many reviews I've read over the years here on Amazon, I wish I could give it zero stars. Negative stars! DON'T BUY!

Microwave has an odd locking mechanism. You have to pull up with your finger as you pull the handle. Was super annoying because I didn’t really read the instructions and the door wouldn’t open. Works pretty standard, no complaints or issues.
