1. The box it arrived in had a large scuff on one of the corners and after unboxing we noticed the was a large dent in the top/side of the microwave. It doesn’t appear to affect the function of it though. 2. It advertises having a child lock but it isn’t a feature that I need. After putting it on the shelf and plugging it in we could not open the door. A thorough search of the box did not produce an instruction booklet so I began searching the internet and Amazon to try and find a solution while my 15yo daughter continued trying to figure it out. In one of the product pictures on Amazon we noticed an odd shape to the top of the handle on the inside. A couple attempts finally made operation of the child lock obvious and when opened the instruction booklet was inside. Taping the booklet to the outside or a sticker pointing to the child lock would be immensely helpful for those customers that have never owned a microwave with a child lock. 🤷♂️ Other than those 2 problems it seems to be a nice unit although it is a little noisier than our previous one (Samsung).

Pretty & nice size not to big or to small. Looks more expensive than it is. Awesome features for the price. I would buy again. I wish a steam cover came with it but I love it

I've had this microwave for awhile and it has been a blessing. The only complaint would be that it is kinda loud when running.

Did what all good appliances do when taken out of the box — plug them in and they work without a hitch. Set the clock and you’re good to go. The unit is very quiet in our smallish space. My only minor grumbles concern the display. My old GE microwave would display ’End’ so I would know that there was something in the box; this one just returns to the clock display — unlocking the door turns on the interior light so I can see what’s inside Another thing is how bright the display is — it lights up our smallish space. But we fixed that by puting a post it note over the display, trimming the bottom to get access to the upper row of buttons. Edit 10/19/25 Forget the post-it, I just needed to read the instructions. Pressing the ‘7’ button for 3 seconds puts the unit into ECO mode and the display turns off. RTFM almost always works

The numericle value pad is minutes. Press any number and that is the corresponding minute. For example, press 5 and that is automatically 5 minutes. Or press the start button and that is automatically 30 seconds. Press it again and that instantly adds 30 seconds. Very handy and quick to the punch. But where is 10 seconds, 15 or 20? Why not have a 10 or 15 second button? Not all items need to run for 30 seconds. It can program a button for 10 seconds, or 15, etc. But then you have to activate that button each time. No biggy, but the idea of this mike is to be quick to the punch. Otherwise, happy with it. Would definitely recommend it. Hot and fast power. I would have given it a 5 star if it had a 10 or 15 second button.
