As I review this watch, please remember the price. You could pay this much for just the leather band included with this watch, so bear that in mind. This is a quartz fashion watch, not a collector piece, but it is also functional and attractive with a Bauhaus styled dial and narrow bezel. The applied hour markers and hands are a high-gloss rose-gold color with a hint of orange hue that complements the bright orange leather band. The brand logo is printed in rose gold on the solid blue dial face, which has a date window at the three o'clock position. There are no extra embellishments, just a functional everything-you-need-and-nothing-you-don't ethic to the design that is attractive for its elegant simplicity and restrained execution. The watch case is a gloss black coated zinc alloy, so it feels substantial instead of flimsy and light. The lugs are simple affairs with just enough material to support the spring bars for the band. The unbranded crown is splined, small, and simple. The case back is a snap-on stainless piece with the brand logo, model number, and a claim for 3 ATM water resistance laser etched into it. Despite the claim of 3 ATM water resistance, the fact that it is not a screw down crown and has a snap on back means you should really only expose this watch to light rain and occasional handwashing, and not immerse it at all. Notably, the design of the case is very thin, and appears even thinner on wrist due to the taper toward the back. The included genuine leather strap is surprisingly nice for a watch of this price point. The leather looks and feels good, and is supple in a way that usually only more expensive leather bands are. The stitching is even, there are two retaining loops, one fixed and one sliding, and the buckle hardware is metal that is plated to match the case. Often on an inexpensive watch they will save money by making the strap short, but that is not the case here. I have a 7.5" wrist, and found I wear this strap on the 3rd hole proving enough protruding length to tuck the tail of the strap into both retaining loops, something which I cannot do with some other inexpensive quartz watches I own. I like the design, the look, and the quality of the watch at this price point. This is a watch that you can wear and enjoy and not worry about. Yes, the crystal is acrylic, and yes, the case is plated zinc, but as I said at the start, remember the price. If it scratches to the point of not looking good anymore, or the plating wears off, just replace it. And save the strap when you do! Since it does a good job of providing Bauhaus style watch enjoyment at a low price that is easy to afford, I give it five stars.

I absolutely love the minimalist design of this watch! Its thin and it has a large face. It looks good, feels good, and can be worn for just about any type of occasion. It has rapidly become one of my favorites. So why did I give it a 4 in instead of a five? Simple - because despite the large face, the date display is so small that you nearly need a pair of binoculars to read the date! Other than that, this watch is perfect! The band is very nice. If it didn't have a date display, I'd rate it 5 out of 5. But that itsy bitsy tiny date display deserves to have a point taken off.

I liked the look of the blacked-out Cheetah Quartz Watch. It is an interesting and fairly unique-looking watch that should go with almost any outfit. These days, I buy watches more for fashion purposes. It is a Quartz watch, which means it is battery-powered and requires no winding. To hear the ticking, you have to get fairly close to the watch face, which typically means a slightly better Quartz version. It is very easy to set to the exact time, including seconds, and so far, it has held the time well enough for me. The back is a pop-off back if you ever need to change the battery. The face is nice and subdued, and the second hand seems to hit the correct spots as it ticks. The band is Genuine Leather, comfortable, and fits well. While not a top quality leather, Genuine Leather is perfectly acceptable for watch bands and this band has been well worked and looks good. The date box, like on all these inexpensive watches, is very small. To me, the date feature is actually more about the actual look of the watch than the functionality. I would actually prefer if they left the date off completely these days, at least on the inexpensive watches. Having said all that, the numbers on the date are hard to read. One thing about the ATM water resistance ratings watches use, and this one having a 3ATM water resistant depth of 100 feet. This simply means that a sample watch in this series was put under the pressure of 100 feet of still fresh water for a very short time and survived. It does not mean all watches in this line can pass this test or any can pass the test in moving or salt water. 3ATM means this watch can withstand splashes of water and some very light rain. In other words, this is a fashion watch, not a sports watch. I really like this watch. It is comfortable and looks good. It goes with a good number of outfits very well and is a nice addition to my collection.

I am very pleased with this 'CHEETAH Minimalist Waterproof Quartz Watch'. I got it to use as a work watch so I could do all my manual tasks like lawn mowing and not get my regular watch dirty or scratched. But I like this so much it may become my new go-to watch for all occasions. It has a sleek design with no pointless frills and has a handy date feature. The date display is small but I like it that way because the date window shouldn't be so big that it clutters up the rest of the watch face. It has a quality leather band that feels great and looks great too. The dial is a generous 38mm (that's measuring the entire watch face including the watch housing but not the crown) and it has a slimline profile. Very nice and elegant looking for a very reasonable price point. I definitely recommend this.
