I was very hesitant to purchase based on the lack of reviews, but I am glad I did. The price is great for the quality and how sturdy it is. It was delivered in two boxes which were pretty heavy to move, but instructions to assemble were straight forward. Assembling took 3-4 hours and no parts were missing. The heat setting is powerful and actually moves throughout the living room well. Overall impressed and would definitely purchase again.

Arrived well packaged in two separate boxes, a day apart. Somewhat easy for one person to put together, just takes a little longer. Love the Espresso color, fits perfect with the bookcases I already have and makes it look very put together. The "fireplace" is very nice, looks realistic and can be use with or without heat for ambiance. Would definitely buy again, but so we'll put together, I probably will have for a long time.

The media could not be loaded. This cabinet arrived within 3 days. Warning it is extremely heavy, It is not some cheap light stuff, excellent quality, Don't think you will move this box by yourself. The electric heater fireplace arrived the same time, luckily, but in a separate box as they said. I understand why they don't ship together in same box as the cabinet pieces would crush the fireplace. I choose this cabinet too because of the 3D fireplace. I love this fireplace electric heater ! AND it comes with a remote ! Works great and beautiful realistic logs and even has the fireplace looking bricks behind the logs. He started at 2:30 putting it together with minimal help from me. He finished about 5:40. however about 15 minutes of that was searching all over for the bag of missing screws for the doors. I contacted Amazon who promptly had the seller contact me. I was a bit upset at first but I can say The customer service of Cheerway was right on top of this ! I love the doors that came with it but after the evening of looking at the cabinet without the doors I am not sure if I will even add them now that Cheerway has made it right. I kind of like the black and white old family photos where the doors should be now. Very heavy duty and sturdy. holds my 50' TV perfectly. Lots of storage. Leave the doors off or not. Thank you to Cheerway and Amazon for great customer service. I included pictures of what it looks like with the doors. I love it both ways and still trying to decide now which way to go with the doors.

Electric fireplace: What I like the most about this fireplace it came to my house with no damage and with all the pieces nothing missing all the pieces fit the way they should the instructions were a little vague on some things but it did meet my expectations.

I had an issue with the heater, which I’ll say could have been during transport, after a couple of messages back and forth about the heater, they replaced it free of charge. They didn’t hesitate at all to do so. It arrived within 3 days and I’ve enjoyed it tremendously. It’s absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be sending friends their way!
