However, during the rest time, it can be reactivated by your pet or your touch to play with your pet for another 10 minutes, with a maximum continuous run time of about 60-70 minutes, and a maximum intermittent run time of about 4 hours.
  • Accidental Touch Protection: To prevent your pet from accidentally turning the toy on or off, the button requires a bit of strength to press. If you have difficulty turning it on with one hand, press the button with both knuckles for 3 seconds.

My kitten loved it.....too much. We got the first ball. However, it came with no charging cord. They sent another ball promptly. We've had it a week and my kitten managed to get to the ball while we had it charging. Broke the charger! The little needle that charges it, is obviously very fragile. Now I know why the first one we bought had no cord in it. It looks like someone else broke the needle off in the ball and returned it, we got that one!!! I bought this for one of my boxers who absolutely loves balls. She was immediately fascinated by the new toy and loved that it moved/wiggled/rolled on its own. It's been three days and she still looks for the ball on the counter where I charge it... and plays with it until the battery dies and it gets lost under some piece of furniture. It rolls great on our tile floor... not so much on the carpet, but most of our house tiled, so that's not a big deal. She's chewed pretty aggressively on it, but hasn't destroyed it yet. Hopefully she doesn't, because that would make this an awfully expensive chew toy! I bought the ball for small/medium dogs based on other reviews that said the ball for medium/large dogs was bigger than the size of a baseball. The small/medium ball seems a bit smaller than a racquetball and is really too small for my dog, but I knew that was probably true when I bought it... With that being said, this really seems like a ball for small dogs only. ... show more

My dog doesn't like it and he's obsessed with balls but my 8 month old son loves it lol it don't really bounce its like a little vibration. A little on the high side of price in my opinion.

My small dog lost interest in this toy very quickly. He normally likes to play fetch, but for some reason this ball didn't interest him. It tends to roll in a straight line and build up speed until it runs into something with a loud thump, then starts rolling in a different direction. It would be nice if it had a random walk mode where it would change directions frequently and not move so fast. I could not tell much difference between Normal and Gentle mode. It would often get "stuck" in places. It doesn't sense its surroundings and know which way to go but takes off in random directions. It will only move on hard, smooth surfaces. UPDATE: WIthout my asking, seller Hookii generously offered me a full refund of the purchase price which I accepted. We'll be donating the toy to a friend whose cat my like it. ... show more

I have a pikenese dog and we thought she would like it since she likes to chase the balls we throw. There were 2 problems do. One being it's too big for her to grab with her mouth and the other is she was scared of it once it started to move around. I would recommend it for a bigger dog they would probably have a better time with it than mine did. ... show more
