The rolled up style is kinda a pain to clean and dry, and I worry about rust in the long term. It hasnt rusted yet after about 5 washes but I dry it carefully. This does what its supposed to do, is inexpensive and easy to use. I guess what I am saying is if you want to cut pizza, use this. These work great for straight line cuts.
