I've searching high and low for a white, skinny-legged, subtly decorated vanity that looks mature. Found it! It's a true pure white (surprisingly hard to find), the floral wood details look beautiful in person, the leg curvature added a pretty touch, and the drawers are more spacious than I expected. All of my makeup + jewelry fit between the drawers and displayed on the top shelf. NOTE: this requires a solid amount of assembly. The directions are really easy to follow, just tedious. If you don't want to spend 1-2 hours building it, don't purchase, but I think it is totally worth it. ... show more

    • Looks very nice, check the screws and have a rachet screw driver with extended attachments ready.

The furniture looks very nice. The assembly is a little difficult if you use the enclosed tools, so I highly recommend getting a ratchet screw driver that you can replace the head between an extended philips head and an extended hex head, otherwise be prepared to drag your knuckles against the wood a few times when trying to assemble. Also please be aware that while the instructions reference 4 types of screws that are supposed to be used, the kit I got only had 2 types of screws. It was missing the screws needed to attach the side mirrors, and when it referenced some of the smaller screws (to attach the back and side boards to the main body of the desk, these were not big enough to hold it in place and made it extremely wobbly so I had to replace them with larger screws (which there were not enough of to complete the job given the other missing screw types). So check the hardware kit and if you don't see the correct types of screws just be ready to hit up the hardware store or to dig through any loose screws that you may have saved from previous furniture assembly to find ones that will fit correctly. The build would have taken roughly 40 minutes to complete with the ratchet screwdriver and all the proper hardware. Without the rachet screw driver it would have taken easily more than 2 hours because of the limited hand space to tighten the screws. ... show more

While from a distance it looks beautiful, the paint is very disappointing. In some places (even the front of the desk) the paint is glopped, in others, it's chipped. The "wood" is easily dented and has a small chip in one of the small mirrors. The positives are: It went together easily (despite incorrect instructions on the last step). The mirrors are quality. The drawers open and close easily. And the stool material is thick and study. Save your money on this one. ... show more

Was skeptical to get this vanity but it is honestly beautiful. Pretty good quality and I love the vintage style it has. Wasn’t too bad to put together however there were no extra screws like most pieces of furniture you buy. Wish there was a few extra hardware pieces as we messed up on one mirror but we made it work.
