Charlotte’s Web is a full spectrum hemp extract (CBD) magic potion. Ok ok maybe not a magic potion but you could have fooled me. The company is located in Boulder, CO and their products go through regular testing to ensure the customer of “quality, safety, and consistency.” With that being said I decided to try their 750 mg for menstrual pain. I didn’t find any information on the product itself instructing how much one should use so that was a little bit of a bummer, but does state to massage into skin thoroughly until absorbed, repeat as desired. With the onset of menstrual pain I squeezed out a strip of lotion about an 1.5-2 inches in length and applied it to my lower abdomen approx where one’s uterus might be and within maybe 20-30 minutes I was experiencing a huge reduction in pain/discomfort and found it to be manageable. Usually, I would take 800 mg Ibuprofen but taking NSAIDS for prolonged periods of time can create havoc within your stomach lining. I finally found an alternative! This was HUGE!!! The lotion itself smells as if you bottled up the 1960’s … in other words, earthy. It’s not bad, really it’s not. The consistency isn’t incredibly thick and not too thin. Already on the skin like butta. Great coverage and moisturizing. I then started using the lotion on my lower back, neck and shoulders. I’ve even have my father-in-law sold on it for his arthritic pain and gout. By all means I would much rather suggest that you should seek advice from your physician prior to use for those with any concerns on specific aches and pains, but overall I’m impressed with the 750 mg lotion. This product gets a thumbs up and deserves a try.

While undergoing chemo I developed neuropathy in my hands and my oncologist recommended this cream saying that it might help. It sure did and kept my hands moisturized in the process. I've now used it for 3 years and will continue as I love it so much!
