This eyeliner is amazing. I am in love with it. Very pigmented, and stays on all day. I have sensitive skin and eczema that flares up especially around my eyes and eyelids. This eyeliner didn't cause any irritation whatsoever which is very important. Very high quality, I used it with my magnetic eyelashes as well with no trouble. I wouldn't swim with it on but it holds up well against sweat. Totally worth the price and will last a while. I highly recommend it!

The media could not be loaded. I've tested at least a hundred liquid eyeliners over the years, and The Feline Flick is the only one that I truly love. My hooded eyes and laugh lines make traditional winged liner looks (cat eye, bat wing, puppy liner) impractical and not very flattering on my face, but Feline Flick in Panther has become my unexpected holy grail for tightlining, and it even replaces mascara for me, which was a lovely and unexpected surprise. The precision brush tip on this is outstanding. It's soft enough to be gentle on the lash line and delicate eye area, yet firm and impressively fine and sharp for amazing control and precision. The formula gives me about a minute of playtime to smudge or correct before setting, which is invaluable as someone who has a brain tumor and related hand tremors. Once it sets, it's absolutely budge-proof. Eyedrops (which I have to use frequently throughout the day), humidity, and long days don't affect the wear, and it doesn't flake off throughout the day like many liners do on me. It is not waterproof enough to go swimming in or have a sob session without it smudging (I tested both!), but it doesn't budge otherwise. I primarily use this for tightlining, and the effect is gorgeous. It subtly thickens the look of my lashes, creating that sophisticated, wide-eyed definition that Charlotte Tilbury is known for. When the liner touches my lashes, the rich, black pigment actually mimics a lash tint, making them look darker and fuller instantly. The result is elegant, dramatic, and polished without looking overdone. It makes a great every day look as well as an elegant going out look. Performance is perfect to me. It lasts all day without smudging or flaking, yet melts away easily with a gentle cleanser and makeup remover. The packaging at first seemed underwhelming to me. It's a light plastic with a matte grippy section, but I quickly realized the design is intentional and functional. That textured, indented, grippy section makes the pen easier to hold steady, especially when precision matters. After using it, I wouldn't change a thing about it, and the performance and results make it feel truly luxe. I really enjoy every product that I've tried from Charlotte Tilbury so far, and I should try more of their lineup. Their products simply work amazingly well and make me look nearly effortlessly better. For anyone with hooded eyes, sensitive lids, or difficulty with traditional liners, this is a prestige formula that truly performs. For my friends who can pull off winged eyeliner and other looks, I would still highly recommend this liner. It's deeply pigmented, it flows evenly, and it's easy to use with great staying power and a precise tip. I can't say enough good things about it.

Pros: The formula went on smoothly and is very pigmented. The tip of the pen is also comfortable and gentle on the skin. Cons: By the end of the day, it did look slightly smudged. However, would still recommend - 4 out of 5 stars, simply because it is a little pricey so I would have expected it to stay on cleaner for a bit longer. Overall a great buy though 👍🏽

My hooded eyes and fine lines make traditional wings tricky, but this liner is a game-changer for tightlining. It also helps make lashes look naturally fuller. The precision brush tip is flawless, soft yet firm for control. And the formula allows just enough playtime to adjust before locking in all day. It stays put through humidity and long wear. This pencil is great to carry 2 separate products in one. The brown eyeliner is easy to apply and melts into my skin but really has staying power and will not budge even in the hot Arizona heat. The brightener is a bit dry and I found it hard to line my inner waterline but it was creamy and applied evenly on my outer portion of my inner lid and really helps my eyes pop especially being a remote worker and relying on camera. Definitely worth every penny for this pencil.

I’ve tried so many liquid eyeliners, and this one from Charlotte Tilbury is hands down one of the best — especially if you have hooded eyes like I do. The tip is precise and glides on effortlessly, making it easy to create a clean wing without skipping or smudging. The formula dries quickly (no more transferring to my upper lid!) and stays put all day. Seriously — no flaking, smearing, or fading, even after hours of wear. The matte black/brown finish is bold but elegant, and I love that it gives me that classic cat-eye look without feeling too harsh or heavy. It’s also waterproof, so it holds up well in heat and humidity, yet it’s still easy to remove with makeup remover. If you struggle with finding an eyeliner that works for hooded or oily lids, this one is a total game-changer. Worth every penny!

I really expected more from this brand. The first time I used it, it was wonderful. Perfect, precise lines and dark pigmented color. Second time using it it started to get patchy. The lines were no longer clean. Worst of all, it flakes! Doesn't last all day. I would skip one.

I don't normally think about eyeliners as being "luxurious" and yet everything from the packaging to the performance of this eyeliner does, indeed, feel luxurious. The component is sleek and feels comfortable in the hand and the tip is able to draw a thin, precise line without skipping or dragging. I also love the color because it's a true chocolatey brown which I find very flattering. Can you find a cheaper eyeliner? Of course. However, you definitely get what you pay for with this and I think it's worth the splurge if you want a really good quality eyeliner.
