The good: - The packaging is lovely! Looks very high end and vintage, with the gold compact and a cute tiny star on the interior mirror. - The color is gorgeous. Gives a natural flush that can be built up. Would be flattering on a variety of skin tones. - The smell! A gorgeous, soft, marshmallowy vanilla. I'm not typically a fan of fragranced beauty products but this one is done supremely well. The bad: - While the container looks high end, it is made of plastic, so it feels cheaper than it looks. A metal case would have been much more elegant (and eco friendly). - The texture is quite heavy and sticky. I personally prefer lightweight blushes and lip stains, and this is just much heavier than my typical preference. It almost resembles a firm lip balm. Okayish on the lips, but a bit sticky on the cheeks. (And for those who prefer a dewy blush that's also lightweight, I highly recommend laura geller serum blush). - The price tag. $40 at the time of posting, which is a bit steep for a fairly cut rate lip and cheek tint. Yes, the scent is phenomenal, and it has a fairly nice dewy finish, but similar products can be found at a much more affordable price point. ... show more

Color of Passion is a very nice shade if you like berry colors. It took several applications to build it up on the lips, but that’s probably for the best for cheeks. I was trying under eye patches when I tried it so I haven’t tried it on the cheeks yet. I specifically wanted dual use and portable, so this delivered. I also appreciate that it comes with a mirror. I do wish that it was half the size, to take up less room in small handbags (similar to Charlotte’s travel sized flawless finish compacts). ... show more

This "Color of Dreams" shade is the ultimate warm rosebud. It feels so hydrating on the skin and leaves a beautiful, sheer finish that looks high-end and healthy. Lasts all day, highly quality, the color pops and the texture isn't too thick or too thin and greasy. CT is my favorite makeup.
