I love Charlotte Tilbury and have been meaning to try this eyeliner and I’m glad I did. It stays on all day and the longevity is great. It’s about what you’d expect from a pencil liner in terms of ease of application. It’s not the rough 90/00’s pencil liner but it isn’t as soft as some of the eyeliners made today. The color quality is nice, it’s noticeable without being overpowering or “too much” but is still flattering.
