Charlotte Tilbury makes the very best eye shadow. It is expensive but for someone who doesn’t;t wear eye shadow often it is worth it to have the very best. It is a very soft powdery but soft. You can use your finger to apply, it is that easy to use. I bought one for myself and one for my daughter for Christmas. Very pretty and soft shade. I use an eyelid primer and the shadow stays pretty well. Not sure if I would buy it again though, maybe just grab a drug store version next time.
