I was pleasantly surprised the charging Case came days earlier than expected. I didn’t see it mentioned anywhere but the Case looks like it comes fully charged. Or at least mine did. All 4 indicator lights were on. A nice feature which I don’t think was mentioned either is the adapter holder is magnetic. So you’re less likely to loose the lightening/usb-c magnetic connector you’re not using. I wish the outer hard shell offered a little more protection. It’s a great case to travel with especially with the battery. I won’t have to worry about dust or spills but I still need to be mindful of it so I don’t step/sit on it. I don’t think it can take that much pressure and not damage the APM. I like that you can double press the button on the battery to stop from charging when not needed. So my APM are not automatically charging every single time I place it back in the case. I wish there was a little more space in the center so I can keep extra ear cushions. I mean they could fit but it’s a tight squeeze. The Zipper does seem a little cheap/flimsy. If there’s a con to this charging case it’s probably the zipper. Charging cord is black to match the case which is a nice detail. The first charge of my APM in the case used 1 of the 4 lights. And it charged it to 99% before it stopped. Which I’m guessing is the battery conserving feature? I’ll update if I notice anything else.

This case is another example of Apple cutting corners to make something unique that the user suffers for. This should have came with the AirPods Max but since it doesn’t let me tell you this is the only case you will ever need. It is super sturdy but incredibly well designed. The magnets in the case are strong and turn the AirPods off without fail, every time. No need to worry about idle battery drain. The charging connector in the case is made very well and has a strong magnet so it will snap onto the AirPods as your set them in. They fit the AirPods perfectly, not allowing them to slide. The button on the outside of the case allows you to see the battery level of the case (one press) and of the AirPods (double press). A double press also allows you to stop charging the AirPods which is how you see the battery level on your phone, which afterwards the AirPods promptly go back to sleep. This is genius for protecting the battery in the AirPods from overcharge, damaging the headphone and causing the battery to be replaced. Don’t think about it, buy this case. It is incredible value for your money.

I like the case, it seems pretty durable, the battery works well only reason it's not a 5 star is I've had to fix the zipper head twice in two months...easily fixed with needle nose plyers, but still a pain in the but. If you take the zipper aspect out of it 5 stars

What a great item!!! I don’t know how I went this long to get this case. It charges my headphones so quickly with multiple charges on one charge of the case. Plus it protects my headphones from dust and rain. It’s very sturdy and the handle is great. The waterproof zipper with the slim design make the whole case perfect!
