The twin battery packs work great for my causal gaming (2-4 hour sessions) that I've not need to recharge while gaming. The drawback in the controllers sit on male USB-C plugs so it necessary to be very careful replacing the controllers for recharging. So far so good. Works great! The controller bTyeries fit fine and charge fast. The game can be played for hours on a single charge. So far i have witnessed them go for four hours and still working fine. We have had this item for about a month and its going strong!

The price was reasonable and is extremely useful for my Xbox. Fits the controllers and headset snug as well as the Xbox. It made my setup a bit less cluttered. The only downside I would say is the fan feature for the Xbox it does not seem very effective I can barely hear/ feel it when I turn it on. The Xbox is held in place much more securely than I expected which is great. I noticed some reviews complain that the charging cable is usb and very short. I’m not sure why that is a complaint as this easily plugs into any of the USB ports on the back of your Xbox for power. This thing looks surprisingly good and even my wife likes how it looks. It’s convenient and stylistic. My only complaints: 1) The controller chargers feel like they may break over time. 2) If your headset has a mic you have to mount the headphones backwards or the mic will hit the controllers. 3) The fans on this unit have to be manually be turned on and off. I wish they would automatically turn on and off with the console. ... show more

My Xbox no longer is overheating. Also like that everything is centrally located. Fan is not loud but I do wish the on/off button was located on the front of the unit. Also like that one of the controllers are always charged.

I had to return the first one so I was skeptical but the charging feature works great. I am not sure how effective the cooling aspect is because I have never had a issue with or with out it running.
