This bag has a zipper design that is difficult to use. The fabric strap often sticks in the zipper. The quality of the fabric and zipper itself is good but it’s very frustrating because it takes both hands to zip/unzip without hanging. Also, the zipper does not zip all the way down the sides, so another frustrating design flaw making it difficult to add books & lunch-bag. We will not recommend or buy this type again. ... show more
