They’re under armour so I expected some high quality, and that’s exactly what I received. I ordered these bags for my sister and I for this upcoming school year. I’m a senior in high school so I carry my cheer shoes, water bottle, textbooks, notebooks, pencils, MacBook, etc. and there is plenty of room for it all. i use this backpack for high school and have had it for about 3 months. so far i have had no complaints with this backpack. the main pocket fits my one notebook, ipad, and 4 inch binders easily leaving enough room in the smaller pocket for smaller textbooks or other notebooks. both side pockets fit my 32 ounce water bottle pretty well although depending on how full my backpack is determines how easy it is to fit everything in. so far nothing has ripped or had any other damage and it’s been through some hard use. if you’re looking for a big backpack to fit 2 or 3 big textbooks and 3 or 4 binders/notebooks i wouldn’t recommend this backpack but i specifically bought this backpack to be a smaller-ish size so i have no complaints. ... show more

UPDATE: Finally broke it in! It’s way more comfortable even when heavy now. It May just take some time to break it in. I am a college student, so i walk around a lot around campus. Usually for 20-25 mins getting to classes. My first couple of days i had lots of stuff and It would get weighed down heavily. However, after i decreased my materials it got more comfortable to carry. Also the bottom compartment can make noise lol, sometimes it can be awkward in a quiet hall and your backpack is the one making noise. However, depends on your clothing. Other days it was fine, completely silent. I love the compartments though! So easy, helpful. ... show more

    • Nice, well-made backpack
My son is using this as his bookbag for 4th grade and it has been perfect for holding his folders, books, laptop bag and whatever other random stuff he keeps in it. It looks nice too and seems to be well-made so I think it will hold up nicely! We don't use the shoe section at the bottom.

    • Great School Backpack...
My son has had this bag for 2 years now (9th and 10th). He also uses it for overnighters. He likes the bag and it's held up well. He has used this bag to carry his trainers in and work out clothing. His size 9.5 cleats fit in the bottom of the bag, lying on their sides, heel/toed. Anything bigger than that wouldn't fit down in that compartment. But you could use it for stinky workout clothing instead. Teens nowadays don't use text books like we used to in high school. It's been a hot minute since I went to college/university, so I hope the need for textbooks has gone by the way side. I see this bag lasting that long. It hardly looks used. Granted, this year was a COVID year, and who knows whether it will see much use this coming school year, but still. It's done so well I am considering getting one for travel, seeing as my size 7 shoes would fit quite nicely in the bottom of the bag, which would allow for extra space in the carryon luggage. My daughter is a little rougher on things so I bought her this one because I knew it would hold up! Lots of pockets. Perfect size for my 6th grader! He loves the camo print and style. It has the perfect amount of pockets and great sizes. The main zippered large pocket has a nice inside padded pocket in the back for his laptop. It's nice & roomy for his binder and notebooks. The 2nd large zippered pocket in front of the main is perfect for accessories, pens, etc with an inside pocket also but it is nice & deep so it can hold much more than just pens - it goes all the way down - the length is just as large as the main pocket, it's just more narrow from front to back. There are 2 small zippered pockets on the front that are nicely lined to protect screens on phones, etc. There is a carabiner hook on front for Keychain which is great. There are side pockets great for water bottles or the like. And the bottom zippered pocket is PERFECT for sneakers for gym day! Super comfortable, highly adjustable straps and perfect size.
