Most impressed with this machine. It reminds me of a 1950's era USA kitchen appliance. It is well built, sturdy, clearly meant to last a long time. It is easily disassembled for cleaning and for what it does, it is most efficient. True, I did return mine but only because it was too much machine for doing what I was hoping it might do. Dry herbs ONLY~! I was highly disappointed it wouldn't do what I needed it to do. I LOVE this machine but alas, it is not the appropriate tool for the job needed. If you are looking for a machine that will do what this one says it will, you will NOT go wrong. Most impressed w/ the design and quality of build.

The product arrived on time. Works great at pulverizing dried herbs, dried barks, etc into fine powder I am impressed. The customer service is excellent, quick responses and follow up to my emails. All my questions were answered quickly and fully. Just remember the are 12hrs ahead if you are in the USA. Ensure that all your herbs etc are completely dry before grinding, once you follow the instructions in the manual you will be fine, I am glad I purchased this grinder!

We have had to replace these often but did so even after a year, with this purchase, the return date was only within a month, and now we cant use it, and cant return it.

It is super loud, you have to feed a small handful at a time or it will clog up and shut down. It over heats. Most of all it is very time consuming to clean between different spices and I can never get all the powder out of the hidden spots and crevices. It does not matter what screen I use, it produces fine powder only. It was a waste of my money and time. If you only need it to grind one product into fine powder and don't need to clean it between different products it might work for you.

We used this machine for grinding dried mushrooms and dried roots into powders. After working with the machine we understood which filters worked best for which materials and then the machine worked like a charm. Affirming that the drier the better as the filter would sometimes clog if the material was not dry enough. Definitely worth the investment.
