    • Product is Great, but the 3 Pack was Split
The actual product I love and know well but these were supposed to be sent in a 3 pack which is why they are about $20. In store each one is about $7. So the three pack made sense to buy here. But then after paying $20, they only sent me one pack making it one very expensive pack. I contacted customer service and they were able to get my money back for it but just be sure you get the whole 3 Pack if that’s what you paid for! ... show more

I love the Cetaphil product but when I decided to use the subscribe and save I was expecting to get all of what I ordered and paid for. I originally signed up with S & S to receive a 2 pack every few months but Amazon decided to change the Subscribe to a 3 pack. Unfortunately for the1st 3pak order I was shipped a single unit (25 wipes) but was charged the full price for a 3pack. The only way to get what I paid for is to return the single facial wipe pack. The whole point of using the S&S is for convenience. Returning and waiting for Amazon to sort out the credit and reship is not convenient. I do recommend Cetaphil wipes because they do a great job cleaning away dirt in pores and removing makeup with ease. ... show more

    • Handy and healthy.
These wipes were a shot in the dark for me. I don't use them for makeup removal, I use them to keep my naturally oily face clean and presentable, and to help with dry skin in a few places. The wipes are long enough and a little narrower than I would like, but there is enough surface area there to wipe down an entire face and neck, as well as to flip over and wipe down the top of the head if you shave your head or are bald. They leave behind clean, very slightly moisturized skin, and are safe for cleaning around your eyelids without irritation to the eye, at least for me.
