I have several soft cotton knit dresses however, and I have to wear a nylon slip to avoid the dress sticking to the underwear like a flannelgraph. These are a good fit, thickness, and compression level, and I like that they are all cotton! My only critique is that they are extremely high rise - just above my belly button. These are higher rise than half my pants, so I can't wear them with those pants. I'm an 5'5", 160lb, and ordered a large.
