However, that has not been the case with this pillow, giving instant relief! My neck pain has decreased, and I sleep so much more soundly without the constant tossing and turning. And if I do toss, the minute my head hits the pillow again, I'm out like a light, plus it’s cooling! It's nice and firm but soft, and has the perfect shape and size for my queen size bed. From the very first night, I noticed a huge difference. I've had this pillow now for about a week and it has been fantastic! I am a long time side sleeper that rolls back and forth from side to side all night long. Traditional pillows have left me with a stiff neck in the morning and consistent neck pain. This pillow may seem oddly shaped, but I found it very comfortable and works fine with our current pillow covers. Here are some things I really like about it. 1. I sleep with less rolling back and forth getting a better night's sleep. 2. The extra neck support keeps my head comfortable and in place, which means no neck issues in the morning. 3. Less sweating into the pillow as the foam seems to keep my neck cooler during the night. 4. I am able to sleep on my back more comfortably giving me another sleep position. 5. The pillow design allows my arms to be positioned over my head if desired for a more comfortable sleep position. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. It is far more comfortable and supportive than a traditional pillow. For the price, it is a great value as it is hard to put a price on a good night's sleep.

Very unique pillow. I like that it has an indentation for your head so your head isn't just propped up, rather it rests on/in the pillow and it still supports your head and neck in a more neutral position. It did not have a smell like some memory foam items do so that was good. I appreciate that it seems like good quality memory foam that slowly returns to shape. This pillow should be great for back and side sleepers given it's shape. The cover feels nice and smooth. It has grooves on both the left and right side that allow you to put your arm there- should you choose. This pillow is about medium- high in height. I've grown to really appreciate pillows like this that are better shaped to your head and have a recessed are for your neck vs the old standard down or poly pillow as they are either too high and prop your head and neck too high or they sink straight to the bed and don't provide any support.

While shopping on Amazon, I discovered and decided to purchase this pillow for my wife who is a side sleeper and is always waking up with a stiff neck, back, and shoulders. Absolutely comfortable! This pillow is very soft yet firm. It has the right material to give you ample neck and shoulder support without being rigid/hard. It also has a nice area for you to lay you hands on either side, while lying on your side or stomach. It’s remains cool on both sides and is breathable. The pillow cover can also be taken off for you to wash and put back on, very hygienic. I used my hand to kind of depict how it’ll be placed if I’m lying down. Great value for your money, 10/10 recommend.
