I’ve had this product for a few days now and I can definitively say it reduces neck pain and creates a softer platform that assists with creating a more aligned cervical spine while I sleep. It’s very soft and has great “winged” support that is at a high enough incline that helps keep my head secure and prevents me from sleeping at angles that may strain my neck. If I sleep on my side, those same wings are very comfortable and still create a platform that aligns my spine. While on my side, the divots on the outer edges are very comfortable and allow me to tuck my wrists in as well. The pillow feels extremely cool to the touch and is great to end the night with. It feels very premium. I also like the fact that the zipper located on the bottom is secured behind a flap and can’t be felt if resting a hand on the underside of the pillow, which is something I didn’t like with other brands that make similar pillows. If I had to suggest one thing that I would maybe change would be the button that creates the center depression. It works fine, but I have had that button snap on other pillows brands before, but so far this one works properly and feels secure. This is a definite buy. This is a very cute butterfly-shaped pillow made of CertiPUR-US and Oeko-Tex certified memory foam. It has a nice appearance and is of good quality. It feels firm when lying on it, especially for my neck, providing full support during sleep. The size of the pillow is great, big enough for me to move my head while sleeping. I have been searching for a supportive pillow, and this one is the best I have found so far.

This pillow is soft, comfortable & supportive in multiple sleeping positions. It can be positioned for two loft heights to either raise or lower your head for a neutral neck alignment. The cover is attached with a zipper & snap closure and is easily removed for cleaning. The synthetic cover over the memory foam core promotes cooling. It should help to relieve neck pain while sleeping.

I have also have the other and this has better support for your neck. It is firmer but still comfortable. The cover is made of nice material and it can be washed. I realli like this pillow and have had great sleep the last two nights not waking up with pain in my neck. I recommend.

This is the best pillow. I have been waking up with neck and shoulder pain for a long time and decided to give this pillow a try. It is super soft, like cloud foam and very comfortable. It's the perfect height to keep your neck in a neutral position so I wake up with no neck pain. The cover is also really soft and smooth so there are no wrinkles and always feels nice and cool. I would definitely recommend this pillow.
