Since being diagnosed with arthritis in my neck, I have had to go through a month of physical therapy. One of the things that was brough to my attention is neck support while sleeping. My therapist suggested rolling up a towel for added support. Ouch, that was to hard so I looked at new pillows with a neck support. After showing him the options he agreed that this one was a good starting place. Since I am a side sleeper, the contour curve was good for my shoulders and the two sizes of neck support would allow my head and neck to align properly while sleeping. The first thing I noticed when trying it out was the coolness against my face. Love that it stays cool and the satiny cover adds to that feeling. Second if the comfort. It properly supports my neck while sleeping and I wake up with less pain. The price was affordable and they back their product so I would give this a high rating. Hopefully I will feel the same after a few months of sleeping with my new pillow.

It is sturdy & the design fits my neck & shoulders, but it took just a few days to get used to it. Great value. I washed the outer cover by hand & it dried quickly. It does what I wanted it to, support my neck & shoulders. I’m happy with it & recommend after trying pillows that were too soft or firm. I’ve had a lot of neck & shoulder problems & with this pillow I wake up feeling good compared to waking up sore.
