Pillow is well-made, sturdy memory foam with a zip-off washable cover, and it has a satisfaction guarantee 90 day free trial. I also appreciate that they sent an additional foam insert for the part under the neck, if this one ever gets compressed. I bought 2 different styles of neck support memory foam pillows for my partner who has neck pain, and decided to keep both since they were good in different ways depending on your need. Compared to the other one, this one had a firmer foam construction, and a higher “neck arch” support than the other. And if the neck support is TOO high, you can simply rotate the pillow and sleep with the lower side under your neck. Your head doesn’t sink as deeply into the firmer foam, which I think is preferable as I don’t like the sensation of memory foam around my ears, yet it still feels totally soft and comfortable despite the firmness. It also seems to me that the former foam design might last longer than others. I would describe this pillow as better for people who sleep on their back, while the other pillow we bought has less neck support but is better for side sleeping. Best of all, sleeping with this pillow DID relieve my partner’s neck pain!

I am very happy with this purchase. I have chronic neck pain and had used a roll-type memory foam pillow in the past which lost its effectiveness over time. I use the firm neck support insert in this pillow, and it provides adequate support to keep my neck in alignment both while lying on my side and on my back. It also stays where I put it, which was a problem with the roll pillow. I have not awakened with neck pain in the 2 weeks that I've been using this pillow. Some may feel that this pillow is too firm, but a softer foam insert is included. The cover is removeable and washable. Good quality and good price.

The side sleep area is comfortable (the right height) but barely large enough to rest my face on before reaching the edge. The back sleeping position is slightly high with the soft insert. Will try without any insert next. Also, I think if there were more ear divots and they were closer to the edges rather than the middle of the pillow, that would be helpful. Most of the time I can't stretch my neck far enough to reach the one in the middle which leaves the ear pressure area problem. Definitely one of the better pillows so far but I still have to shift the pillow into different positions all night long.

My neck was really hurting me for months and wasn't sleeping well. I got this as first I was like no I hate this. But after a few night I am in love with this pillow. I love that it's adjustable, and that it can use all areas of this pillow. My neck doesn't hurt NY more and I sleep really amazing.

I bought this pillow for my chronic neck and shoulder pain. I am a side sleeper and have yet to find a pillow that relieves this pain. This pillow is a bit firm for me, but it does exactly as it says: when you lay on it, it feels like a chiropractic adjustment! As a side sleeper, it did not work for me, however, my best friend had just had cervical neck surgery and I gave it to her. She found immediate improvement in her post op neck pain and has been sleeping so much better since getting this pillow. It’s definitely worth it to try if you have neck pain or just want to sleep in better alignment.
