The media could not be loaded. The Echo Pop offers convenient access to a variety of functions and features. Its small size makes it easy to place in any room, and its sleek design blends well with most decor styles. It allows me to play music, set alarms, check the weather, and control my smart home devices with simple voice commands. The audio quality may not match larger, more premium speakers, but it creates a great home sound system. I bought 2, and am considering buying a 3rd. Overall, the Echo Pop offers an affordable and user-friendly entry point into the world of smart home devices. 4 stars due to it going offline and having to troubleshoot it a few times.

I purchased the latest echo dot for my son as a Christmas present, after playing around with his I realized having an Alexa in my room would be a great addition. I didn’t feel the need to get the latest and greatest so I researched other options. I found the echo pop and thought it was perfect! You can play your Spotify playlists (or whatever music subscription service you use), manage Alexa enabled apps.. I have WiFi enabled coffee maker I create routines with, use the Alexa app in your phone and create a family account, and more. The echo pop is compact, affordable, and colorful (I chose purple). I also purchased mine refurbished and you would never know! I definitely recommend if you want to try an Alexa device but don’t want to spend top dollar.

Now I have Alexa in every room! My house sounds like the nort sea with my ocean storms playing on Ambient sounds 24/7. I'm a reader, don't watch TV but perhaps a few days a year, so my Alexa gives me news, games, alarms reminders.. everything!

It's a lot nicer than the echo flex (the one that looks like a big wall wort power adapter) it was meant to replace. Although it actually turns out it's best to use both of them in the same room as the AC is noisy so depending on where I am sometimes one of the devices hears me, sometimes the other. But usually it's this one and the speaker is oh so much better. I also totally love the color, and the design makes a lot more sense to me vs. the ones that have the speaker pointing straight up.
