Update 08/22: seller contacted me and offered to send a replacement cable. The new one did not get as hot and worked great for over an hour, then started to fail. I'm using a Denon AVR and it runs hot. On a hunch I decided to add a short HDMI extension cable, thinking this might reduce the heating from the AVR on the cable. This worked! The HDMI cable now works perfectly - ran it for several hours now without a single glitch. Excellent customer service from the seller and it looks like this is a great HDMI fiber optic cable after all, with the one caveat that it is kept away from any heat sources. I'd love to know how this was certified. It worked great for the first 15 minutes or so, then started acting up. A few minutes later there was no picture at all. Denon AVR connected directly to a Sony Z9 display. Conventional 15 meter cable works flawlessly and has for years. I see from the reviews that I'm not the only one who had this problem.

I used this cable to connect my PC to TV. I bought the 20m (65ft) version, gen 1. It works great at 4k and 60Hz, but does not display anything at 120Hz, despite my TV being capable of working at that refresh rate. Im not sure if length is the issue, so a shorter cord may work. Overall not the biggest problem for me, but if you really want to play at 120Hz then this cord may not work for you.

UPDATE: Phoossno was kind enough to send me a free replacement. Apparently the cable is updated. Will be trying out shortly and updating here. They definitely have responsive customer service. Phoossno had very good online reviews for their long HDMI 2.1 spec cables. The cable feels well made and is apparently certified but no correct product labels on the box. Works for HDMI 2.0 (18 Gbps) - Apple TV - but the source connector heats up quite a bit. Most likely not a safe bet for long term reliability. Does not work for LG C1 Oled and PS5 with a 120Hz game - Call of Duty Cold War. The screen goes blank and the connector gets very warm. It is that connector’s logic driving the fiber optic signals. Summary: unless you like experimenting with $100~$200 cables, give these cable guys another 6 months to a year to come up with fully functional/reliable (>20 ft) cables (requiring active components) for this bleeding edge spec of HDMI 2.1. Meanwhile I am just sticking to 4K @60Hz.

This is one of the very few certified HDMI 2.1 cables with extra length on the market at the time of my review. I use this to connect my RTX 3080 graphics card with LG C1 OLED TV. The cable I got is 10 m (30 ft) Gen 2 active (1-directional, with source & display clearly labeled). The cable supports 4K 120Hz, HDR, and VRR in my setup, hence fully utilizing the gaming capability of the OLED TV. I also verified the HDMI 2.1 certification using the HDMI App. The quality of the cable appears high, it’s thin and very flexible, a plus for routing through my in wall setup. Their customer service is very responsive. Before my purchase, they answered my questions to explain their Gen 2 version has made a lot of improvements for the RTX 3080 and suggested I should get that. But they only have the 10 m version in stock while I only need 7 m. Their rep set up a special discount for me to match the 10 m price with their 7 m (Gen 2) one. A decision I’m glad I made. Overall, if you need a high speed HDMI cable with length exceeding normal, I highly recommend this cable. It’s not cheap but you get what you pay for. Their customer service is also excellent.

So finally had chance to install cable, equipment located in adjacent room, so need for long hdmi cable. This replaces a 4k rated fiber cable that worked well with 1080 source and some 4k content, but not hdr or DV , it stutters. OK so new Cable works perfectly , able to send both 4k Dolby Vision & Atmos content , no flickering, no stutter, HDR10 etc. No issues, Audio is working properly, just hope it lasts a few years , quite a deal to re run cable and lift 75 " TV off the wall,pita. Be careful with cable, its fiber ,not 100% copper, also its only 1 Way directional

Got This cable because of a review on YouTube by the best expert IMO on TV's ( HDTVTest ) , Purchased the 15ft and works fine, I love the slim design and flexibility of the cable. works perfect for my setup fully water-cooled Z690 Formula, 12900k, 3080ti with my main monitor an LG 38GN950, connection Via DP 1.4 port, and my 2nd to the left extended monitor LG OLED C2 for when I want to game or watch movies in my office. The computer recognized the OLED with ease and this cable does a great job, running full 120Hz 12 bit color/RGB HDR @4096 x 2160 while simultaneously running the 38" 3840 x 1600 @ 144hz @ 8bpc color or 120hz 10bpc color. most expensive cable so far but works flawlessly.

Edit: Had to update my original review as Phoossno reached out to me and rectified the issue. They sent me a new Gen 2 cable because the original Gen 1 had failed on me. Been using it all weekend long and it's been working flawlessly. Just wanted to thank Phoossno for reaching out and really looking out for the consumer! Had the cable for 3 months and died with light use. Had it attached to an lg C1 on a pc used only for light gaming on occasion, one day I find that the graphics card was no longer finding the TV. Tried another cable and found the tv immediately. I determined that the cable died. 90 dollars to crap out in 3 short months of probably no more than 40 hours total use.
