I've been so impressed with everything I've tried from this brand! beautiful gift packaging, high quality. this is such a lovely, dainty necklace. the labradorite stone is mysterious and lovely. as pictured, it can either be light or dark in color. the stone is faceted nicely and is very three dimensional with a peak in the middle. The back is polished nicely and just as beautiful as the front. i love the minimalist design of the hexagon stone on the thin gold chain. The attachment points are very delicate and almost invisible, which is rare on jewelry at this price point. The gold tone is attractive.

The center stone is darker than expected, but it does seem to lighten and darken depending on where it's placed in relativity to the lighting of the room. I do wish the chain was a little bit longer as it almost feels like a choker with how short it hangs. Quality of the product is top notch and looks expensive.

Look, labradorite is not an expensive stone. It really isn't. And the thing that makes labradorite stand out is the flash--there's gold flash and blue flash and purple flash, etc. This stone is the size of your pinky nail and I checked under every possible light condition, and there is no flash at all in this stone, so it's just a murky grey. Which I personally don't mind? I wear a lot of drab colors so a drab necklace would fit right in with me. But if you are wanting a necklace that will have flash and surprise, which most people expect from labradorite, you will be disappointed. I don't mind the small size, either--it's a dainty cabochon in a dainty choker that would layer well with other necklaces, as is the current style. It's just at that tiny size, one would have expected a slightly better selection of stone, to get one with flash. I'm sure others have them, but this is just a faceted rock with no pow.
