This product has given me fantastic results after just a little over a week of use. I’ve been dealing with random breakouts and stubborn visible pores on my nose for a couple of years now and nothing seemed to help. I started using this retinol daily after my shower and I have had no breakouts, my pores are no longer an issue, my complexion seems more even and smooth in general, and even the faint lines starting to appear on my forehead have almost disappeared entirely. I have gone through an entire bottle and I have found that my discoloration and fine lines have improved greatly. I really have found that this product has made a big difference in my skin. The overall texture, and brightness has improved so much. My lines have blurred if not disappeared. I was totally impressed with this and will surely be using this forever. I’ve tried a lot of retinol products and alot of them are either too harsh or crazy expensive. This one is a really good middle ground. The Serum is pretty gentle but still works. After a couple weeks my skin looked smoother and my pores looked a little smaller. It’s lightweight and absorbs quick which I like. Also doesn’t leave my skin greasy like some retinols do. This retinol serum has a lightweight texture that spreads easily and absorbs quickly into the skin. It layers well with other skincare products and doesn’t feel heavy or greasy after application. I've struggled for years with hormonal acne and the scarring that comes after. It also doesn't help that I have combo skin, so it's particularly difficult to find skin care products that won't irritate my face. I've been using the CeraVe Resurfacing Retinol Serum for about 6 months now and it's been an absolute game changer. I've seen a significant reduction in my acne scars. They're now much smaller in size + lighter in color, and some of them have completely vanished. This serum also doesn't irritate my face or cause my skin to peel. Something to note is that you have to use it frequently to see results. At minimum, I use the serum once a day in the morning. I started seeing major results after about 3 months of daily usage.     • Significantly helped my acne scars

I had horrible cystic acne in my early teens that left a lot of scarring and hyperpigmentation on my face; mostly my cheeks, but small dots here and there on my temples too. I use prescription clindamycin for the occasional cystic acne now, but of course that doesn't do anything for scarring so I decided to branch out. I'm scared of needles so microneedling, while arguably not THAT scary, wasn't an option both because of my fear and because of the price... Hence, this product. I chose this one because it had a lot of reviews honestly, I am definitely a victim of the "oh, this product has close to five stars and blah blah so many reviews, that must mean it'll work on me!" mentality sometimes, I will admit, so I was a bit skeptical because I've taken this approach before with some products in the past and it didn't go well. THIS is the best choice I've ever made for a skincare product. While the scarring on my right cheek is still there, it is very minimal now and way less noticeable. As for my left cheek, it's literally almost completely gone. It's crazy. I've only been using this for like maybe 2 months, and just like that, bad acne scarring is gone. I didn't even know that was possible. That being said, just because this worked super well for me doesn't necessarily mean it'll work super well for you, everyone's skin is different! I will also add that the serum itself works very well on my oily skin. It's not drying, sticky, and it seems to absorb into my skin well, which is an issue I have with other products. A few minutes after applying it, I don't feel it whatsoever, both in feeling and appearance. You don't need very much of it either, which is pretty common in retinol, to my knowledge, but I really like that I can use just a teeny tiny bit every so often and still have results. I am a 34 year old man who developed pretty bad acne because of some medication I was taking, along with poor health decisions. This resulted in bad acne, scarring, and marks on my face. I found this product here, trusted in the reviews, and ordered several bottles. Within 3 days I started to notice an immediate difference. Now, 5 months later of NIGHTLY APPLICATION, my face is 90% better, I would say. This product is incredible and works much better than I expected. I still apply this nightly, along with face lotion on top, to keep treating some remaining scars (they are getting better). Just keep this product away from your eye area because it will dry out the sensitive skin. Personally, I paired this with a collagen peptide supplement and my skin is so much better.
