I’ve been using this eye cream for about a year. I really didn’t see results till about 8 to 9 months in to using it. Make it a routine everyday morning and night my bags and dark spots are gone. So it’s consistency with this product. You can’t use this for a week or a month and expect results.

Gentle, Hydrating and Perfect for Sensitive Skin

I’ve been using this eye cream for about four days now and I’m really happy with it so far. The texture is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t feel greasy at all, which makes it perfect for daily use and under makeup. I have sensitive skin and I’m happy to say that it doesn’t sting or irritate the eye area at all. It feels very gentle and soothing. I’ve already noticed that my under-eye area looks more hydrated, smoother, and refreshed. The packaging is simple and hygienic, and a little product goes a long way. Overall, this is a great everyday eye cream that delivers hydration and comfort. Definitely a great option if you’re looking for something gentle and effective. *****edit***** After a few more uses, I noticed that the packaging is quite difficult to work with. It’s not easy to get the product out of the tube, which can be frustrating during application. The cream itself is still great, but the packaging could definitely be improved.

Maybe not the right customer

To be honest - I can't really tell if this does anything for my eye bags. (I don't have any puffiness or other symptoms, just kind of dark circles under my eyes) but I think my "eye bags" are just genetic from being part Korean (I'm mostly white/British). It's more like just darker circles under my eyes not really bags so maybe I'm just not the right customer for this. But it seems inexpensive, and you only have to use the tiniest little amount at a time under your eyes so it will last a long time - I do feel a slight tingle when I use them and an 'awareness' of the sensation of something cool below my eyes but I genuinely have not noticed a difference in my dark eye circles. (Like I said - I don't have them from like a lack of sleep or lack of care for myself, I think it's just my genes so maybe I'm not the right customer for this). So with all that said, I'm giving 5 stars anyway because I'm sure it's not hurting me and it feels like a quality product even if I'm not seeing the results I was hoping for.

CeraVe is a well-known brand and the cream feels gentle on the skin. It provides some moisture, but I didn’t notice much improvement in my under-eye area. It works okay as a basic eye cream, but the results were average for me.

Maybe I have especially bad skin, but I saw changes from this almost immediately. Dark circles lightened a bit, skin under the eyes became fuller but not puffy. A little expensive for the amount you get but goes on smooth, doesn't clog pores, and as someone with sensitive skin I have zero issues. Great product.
