    • Spent hours trying to download kindle app
When I bought this kindle book, I selected my Fire HD 10 tablet yesterday. I still haven't seen it. I spent hours trying to find it on my tablet, the exact tablet I selected when I made my purchase. Then I spent hours just trying to find a link to the kindle app because it wasn't in the Amazon app store. I finally found it in the Google Appstore because apparently Amazon doesn't provide the app to use their product! DUH!! Then I spent hours trying to download the app to my device, but the Google play store wants to download the app only to my phone. I then spent a ridiculous amount of time searching google for a way to add my Fire 10 HD to my Google device list before finally giving up. Amazon and Google, two so called high tech companies that are too dumb to provide a simple, basic means to use a product I purchased from them. This book does not fulfill the claims it makes. The back cover says it’s loaded with color pictures which would make this book highly useful. In fact it has only a few black and white pictures and absolutely NO color pictures.
