I am a fan of Celtic Sea Salt from now on for the rest of my life. This bag that my husband picked out was even better than my last bag, because it is finely ground. A+ on finely ground texture. The courser stuff takes too long to run through my salt grinder, so I think I prefer the preground stuff. It seems to be nice and dry, so the moisture level and stickiness is low. Taste is excellent. As far as value for money... Celtic Sea salt is worth more than regular table salt because of the natural mineral content. According to Barbara Oneil, certain minerals essentially help open up your cells to let water in which helps to hydrate you. I purchased this Celtic salt when it was recommended by a health conscious friend. Just a few grains in water help to keep me hydrated better than water alone. With just a few grains of salt in the water it doesn’t taste salty. I haven’t cooked with it yet. .

Seems to be a good brand of Celtic Sea Salt. Celtic salt is the best salt for your health. Stop using table salt which is a problem for health. Use a pinch with water to bring true hydration to your cells.

There isn't a better tasting, more satisfying salt than this one! I read that I could use a pinch of this salt with a squeeze of lemon in my water to serve up as much electrolytes as I needed...so I tried it. The bonus came when it tasted better on food. I dont feel that salt burn either. Yes this is pricey and worth it. I also use this in my sourdough bread loaves and it has replaced the fine sea salt I used for years.
