This is a very light weight duvet that gives the perfect amount of warmth for a hot sleeper. It’s only about an inch thick(if that) yet it’s very light and fluffy. This is a perfect summer duvet. It gives you the weight and comfort of having a blanket on you but it really doesn't get hot (and I tend to sleep warm). My duvet cover fits perfectly over it. I didn't even bother tying the corners since it doesn't slip around.

I love that it is thin and soft but there is no strings or loops to tie the duvet cover to. Now I'm going to have to sew some on myself. That being said it was still worth pursuing this duvet. It is the thinest one I could find and is exactly what I wanted in every other way.
