This AC drive belt tensioner was the perfect replacement item. My old tensioner pulley started to make a loud screeching sound when accelerating that made the engine sound horrible on my 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. After replacing it. This new tensioner pulley eliminated all the unwanted sounds of the older one and is unnoticeable.
