This AC drive belt tensioner was the perfect replacement item. My old tensioner pulley started to make a loud screeching sound when accelerating that made the engine sound horrible on my 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. After replacing it. This new tensioner pulley eliminated all the unwanted sounds of the older one and is unnoticeable. Doing well, brought this one since parts store only had ones with little 1/4 socket holder. Which broke when tried to pull the tensioner back to put AC belt back on, but had no issues with this one just like factory one which had a bad bearing trying to get stuck. Was simple to install though and way better quality than the 1/4 rachet tensioners for sure ... show more
