I bought this to install in my room, which is 10x10 feet, and it fits perfectly for a smaller room. The best thing about this is that there are only a few items to assemble. The fan blades just snap into the motor unit. This has a memory feature so that when you turn off and turn on the light, it will have the same brightness setting that you have set up before turning the light off. I have been using this for almost 3 months, and it looks durable and gives the best breeze to the room. This is definitely the best deal for the price.

Well, this is my second one. First let me say I also have this fan in a 42 inch, seems to work well. The 52 inch, not so much. Returned the first today and will bring down the second one soon and return it also. Both were expertly installed and consideration was give to the "break in period" A good fan shouldn't need a break in period. The 52 just cant handle speeds above level 3 or 4, shake rattle and roll. Even tried checking and balancing blades. No improvement. I'm going for another brand. I wonder if the fact that it is 3 blade is a problem in 52 inch?

Product is well thought out. Includes reversible blades (wood grain one side, flat black the other), all parts for mounting at either an electrical box or on wood (which I used), hook on mounting box to hang body while attaching wires (very useful for one-person install), wall mount bracket for remote, all necessary screws, bolts, wire nuts, etc. Instructions are far more complete that the usual cartoon diagrams. Multiple fan speeds and light settings are useful. Fan is quiet and effective. Unit is compact, light weight and attractive. I am using 42" model in medium size den and it moves air in the entire room at medium fan speed setting. Assuming it lasts, it is a bargain at a modest price.

Overall the fan is great. Cons: 1. Can’t turn off the beep when pressing buttons - why is this not a thing? Why beep at all - why not a subtle shift in the light in a perceivable way? 2. The fan is about the exact size of a ceiling electrical box. If the box is flush at all with the drywall and the drywall isn’t perfect then you can see all the defects. It looks bad, so I created a 3d printed flange (as pictured) at the top where it meets the drywall. You can find it on thingiverse by searching the brand of ceiling fan. Not sure why they didn’t flare out the top by at least an inch in diameter. 3. The fan is always off no matter what when turning on the switch, but the light itself is relative to what it was when you turned the switch off, makes no sense. If you turn the light switch off and the light was off then when you turn the switch back on the light stays off. If you turn the switch off when the light was on then it correctly turns the light back on when you turn the switch on. Logically the light should ALWAYS come on when you turn the switch on. 4. Not smart - doesn’t connect to any virtual assistant. I knew this, but it’s still a con since if it were then some of these logical issues could be worked around. 5. The fan blades seem like they could easily snap - cheap wood material. But they’re fine enough for the job 6. Follow the easy to install logic and have ready to go push/quick connect electrical fittings (ie. wago). They are prolific for wafer style recessed lights. 7. Ability to control fan and light separately from a switch would be ideal. I get having a remote complicates that. But I had it before. So bit of a bummer. Making it smart would help here as well Pros: 1. Hands down the easiest fan to assemble and install - minus not having quick connect electrical fittings. Which you can just buy on your own if desired. 2. Looks great (minus top if not corrected as mentioned) 3. Excellent airflow. I like how the fan is easily reversible. Nice when coming from traditional fans with no remote. 4. Light is plenty bright in my opinion for a roughly 100-200sqft room. 5. Nice to be able to change between 3 light colors. 6. Overall for the price I would say it’s worth it. If you don’t have the ability to 3d print the flange if needed then for my family it would’ve been a deal breaker. It looked bad/unfinished by our standards
