Quality wood. Study and very well made compared to others made of ply wood. Very nice design. Instructions are easy enough to understand, yet some steps will certainly trick you sand you will have to disassemble and redo some things once you get it done which is kinda irritating for sure. I’m the end though it very nice unit. Bed is super comfortable according to my guests. Plug in for electronics is very good feature. I’m happy with the product. I’m not happy with the way it is sent out to customer. I won’t get into that because prime don’t care about that and will block this review. Over all great purchase.

Took forever to build but like how easy it is to pull out and set up as a bed. The mattress is horrible had to buy a mattress pad and cover to add to the comfort of it. But over all for the price I am happy. Hoping that the quality is decent and holds up to people sleeping on it!

Packages were delivered December 8th. As soon as opened it. One piece was broken. It’s an important piece for step #1. Contacted seller immediately. Finally on Dec 15th they refunded me $50 but as of today I have still not received the part. I have assembled everything I can. For most part seems good quality. Instructions are fairly straightforward.

Great product for what I needed, the box was missing some hardware, so I had to order more since there was no timely response from vendor. Otherwise, it turned out great and was much better than a full-height Murphy bed.
