Easily assembled, even alone. This oversized chair is not the right size for every situation, but these conversation chairs are comfortable and they work for us. The color is interesting, and the sturdy and solid materials would appear to last for years Because of the way they're assembled, they don't fold up. But I don't need them to in my situation. This may be a drawback for some.

We bought these because of the bigger size at a better cost and they did not disappoint. They are sturdy, wide and tall. My husband is 6'8" and the back is tall enough for him to rest his head back and he can get in/out of them easily as they're a little taller off the ground. I absolutely love the blue color - it's a muted, softer blue/turquoise and the finish is more matte than glossy. They perfectly match the water color of our swimming pool without being in-your-face turquoise. As others have noted, they were super easy to put together - just a few screws. I love the cup holder and the wine glass holder and the arm rests are wide enough to set a coffee mug, book, plate, phone, drink, etc. on. Aesthetically note that the brand name is front and center on the seat of the chair so keep that in mind if you want a logo-free backyard oasis. A cleaning sponge was sent with them (but I've got a lot more to clean before my outdoor chairs.) We did have a broken piece on one of the five we ordered, which isn't that bad of odds compared to some other chair reviews I've read. Customer service responded within 24 hours (on the weekend) and we had a replacement piece in a couple weeks. Communication with the seller was amazing.

I absolutely love these chairs and I am glad that I bought them. They are advertised as oversized chairs that are able to hole up to 385 pounds. I believe it! They are super sturdy and very comfortable. I picked the black color and I am quite pleased. I really like that the arms are wide enough to set items on and that the back rest is tall enough to lean your head against it. When I was searching for chairs, I was looking for something made of a durable polywood type material with a drink holder. This chair has 2 drink holders--a regular drink holder and a wine drink holder. One chair arrived in perfect condition, but the second chair was not so lucky. After unboxing, I found that one of the wine holders had broken in half. I contacted customer service and after a few emails back and forth the matter was taken care of. I was sent a new wine holder and given a little discount. I am so happy with the chair and the whole experience that I have ordered a third chair and am contemplating getting a fourth chair. As far as assembling the chairs, it was a breeze. I did it myself in about 15 minutes. I will recommend that if you are buying more than 1 chair to order them individually if there is a coupon for the chair so you get the full coupon amount applied to each chair (more $$ saved). I mistakenly did not do this. Instead of the discount coupon being applied to each chair, it was applied to my total order.

We purchased four (4) Adirondack chairs, delivered and assembled units @ 2.5 month after delivery and set up armrest on all chairs started fading and had product bleed through. Have contacted Amazon support which were very helpful and indicated that they would provide a refund. We enjoy the chairs and do not wish to return the products. Informed amazon of the product warranty from the manufacture which as per the owners manual. (1) 30 days to 3 months will replace defective unit due to manufacture fault with a new one. (2) 3 months to 24 months within 24 months we will provide timley and effective on-line after sales service after your purchase. As per the contact information provide by Amazon as well as the owners manual I sent an e mail to [email protected] on October 23rd 12:28 pm as well as October 30th 7:53 am as the vendor does not have a published customer service contact phone number. As of today 7 days after inital message to vendor I have had no contact. All we are requesting are the armrest replacment for the 4 chairs that we purchased. I have provided personal contact information on the messages that I sent to the vendor and will provide an update. hello as an update to the previous message and after many e mail discussions with the Cecarol customer service staff, they have agreed to provide the arm rest for three of the four chairs that we had orderd, as well as a replacment chair. I had inquiried as to why not just a replacment arm rest for all chairs, rather than sending a new chair?? I requested to know if the chair was discontiued as they were only able to provide arm rest parts for 3 chairs. I have received the new chair on saturday December 2nd and will provide an update once the arm rest for the other chairs arrive which is scheduled for next week. The armrest for the 3 chairs have arrived. Update: Have received all items in excellent condition. I want to thank CeCarol employees Otto and Janice for the excellent customers service provided resolving the issues as they were in constant contact with me ensuring that all was in order as well as tracking and confirming delivery for the products. we look forward to using our beautiful patio and CeCarol Andorondiak chairs. I now have 2 of these, and it has been tested by a heavyweight without a problem. None of the other reviewers is kidding -- it is so easy and quick to assemble. Heavy-duty bolts screw into embedded brass fittings. There isn't a chance of wood splitting during assembly as you will see as a complaint in the comments on some of the other Adirondack chairs. Not only is there a cup holder that swings out from under the right arm, a wine glass holder swings out from under the left arm. The curve of the fanned back is perfectly comfortable as is the curve of the seat. I'm more than satisfied and I highly recommend it!
