I can seriously tell you this is one of the best products I have bought from the way it was shipped to the instructions was fantastic from pointing out and labeling all the screws all the parts was in awww as it’s rare these days.. What goes to what pictures following. phenomenal I will not hesitate to order these again. Also, they are pretty sturdy, not worried about them lasting through the sun rain and storms and blowing away they are heavy. The chair is well made of nice materials. Great size for kids. Just can’t recommend because it closes way to easy. Even tightening the screws down hard it can still close. I drilled and added four screws so it can’t fold shut. Would give it five stars if it didn’t fold.

It isn't so much that this chair is hard to assemble, it just takes time. It is a fun project chair that, in the end, if you follow directions, you will end up with a piece of art plus the satisfaction of building it. You will also learn and come to appreciate this old design. This is a well-engineered chair and will take the challenges that kids throw at it. (Do check the bolts once in a while and retighten them as needed). The texture is great and the finish is durable even in the sun. Easy to clean an never needs refinishing.
