Arrived defective. Battery cuts off ( STOPS WITHIN 3 SECONDS ) when use in any of my echo products including: hedge trimmer, leaf blower, string trimmer, etc. All of my devices still work great with my original Echo Brand battery and so I know it is not the fault of any of the devices. I bought it to have a spare so that I would not have to wait for my original battery to recharge. - I advised the company and they provided a full refund.

Battery works intermittently. Runs for about 30 seconds and then it turns off. It finally ran for about 15 minutes and I tried to charge it but it wonโt charge. Iโm going to return for a refund.

Update 5/30: Seller did refund purchase price once this review was posted. So I appreciate their very quick response, apology and refund. So I am moving them from one star to 3 stars. For them to be a 5 star seller, they need to address this faulty issue on this particular battery as it appears to happen often. Secondly, they need to make it easier to contact seller if they are going to advertise a 2 year warranty. I do appreciate their response. Received battery on April 15th. As of today, May 24th , It will not operate my Echo tools. Battery will be "fully charged" but it shuts off after a couple of seconds. Tried several tools. IT'S Defective!! Do not BUY!!! It says in their ad.....
