Reviewing Caudalie Premier Cru The Rich Cream, Skin Barrier Repairing Rich Moisturizer with Ceramides, Refillable - 50 ml This is a very high quality cream. It has a hint of a lavender scent and smells very nice. I found that less is more when it comes to this product. It is a very thick cream and absorbs into the skin without leaving a greasy or sticky feeling. If you are looking for a very rich moisturizer, this is for you. For my skin, I found it to be a bit too thick. When I applied it, if I started getting hot or sweaty, my face would feel like it was suffocating under the face cream and it left me feeling very uncomfortable. I have no doubt that this cream works for wrinkles and fine lines as my eye area feels softer and more plump after using, however, I can’t get beyond the heavy suffocating feeling on my skin. I try to use just a little bit once a day because I do see the benefits of hydration from this product. I think that for my skin, I would prefer the Caudalie cream as opposed to the Caudalie rich cream. I think the rich cream is just too heavy of a product for me. I like the fact that you can purchase a refill for the jar and save a little money while also not adding more waste to our landfills. I do feel that this product is quite pricy even though the product will last for a while. Even though the quality is there, the cost is a little more that I want to spend. ... show more
