My cats love this They’re always on it playing and sleeping on it I put an extra basket hammock, so both of my cats have somewhere to sleep. It was easy to install, but only thing I would recommend to use TOGGLE BOLTS #10-24 × 2" you can buy it at your local hardware store or on Amazon because the screws they come with to hold it against the wall. I wouldn’t recommend because they will come off the wall after a while because of your cats weight jumping on them. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Its been up a little over a week now, very sturdy, looks great with their other tower and my cats love it. Assembly was pretty straight forward no complaints well worth the money id buy it again

My cats were a little nervous at first being up so high on an unknown surface and took a little convincing with toys, treats and cat nip to reassure them that 1. They were allowed up there and 2. They were safe up there. They seemed scared to jump from each platform at first and just kinda sat on whatever one we placed them on until they realized it does support their body weight just fine. I seen other reviews saying this broke or that only buy if you have small cats or kittens but my cats are kinda chonky. The one cat weighs at least 12-15lbs and she hasn’t had a problem. Sometimes when the cats are running on them you can kinda hear the strain on the brackets but nothing has broken or fallen down. The cats have even wrestled eachother on a few of the platforms and nothing budged. Two cats can be on one platform at same time and didn’t do anything. The hardest part was putting together and instructions were very confusing. My bf just kind of put it together on his own using his own knowledge from building furniture and stuff on how each bracket should go or what not. So not entirely sure if we assembled 100% correctly but it’s holding up well and honestly only took maybe 1hr from unboxing to the point they were up on the walls. Only takes one person to assemble. Will take two people to mount them and you need a drill. I think it says all you need is a screwdriver but bruh if you try to put this entire thing together AND mount to your walls with a screwdriver you’re insane. ... show more

This product is VERY dangerous and flawed. The side with the scratch post steps almost killed my cat within 1 day of installation. The placement of the posts via the provided holes places the post only 4-5 inches or so from the wall allowing a space big enough for a cat to fit their head in sideways but not be able to pull it back out when they turn back upright. As you can imagine, this resulted in my cat panicking and nearly HANGING herself! Luckily I was there and was able to turn her sideways and release her but I shudder to think how I would have felt if I got this amazing engaging fun thing because I love her so much, just to walk in to find my poor Star dead!! If you have already purchased and installed this product don't despair there is a somewhat easy fix. I just grabbed the drill and made 4 new holes. The bottom post I put right on the outer corner leaving enough space for my cat to put her whole body through. On the next step up with the attached basket I drilled a hole close to the wall leaving NO room for her curious head at all and leaving enough support for the basket. I attached pictures of my fix but it was a lot of money to spend to possibly kill my cat then ultimately have to fix it myself. Bad purchase. ... show more

Ditch the drywall anchors that came with the product and buy toggle bolts rated for 100lbs. They’ll never become loose from the drywall. The anchors that came with the product work but only for so long if you have a chunky cat that likes to jump on the platforms.

Anyone who didn’t have success with hanging these up probably doesn’t know how to use a anchor, install was easy love that my cats got a full gym now. Perfect addition to my office. Sturdy and all the pieces were there.
