I hate to lower the 5 star rating as the tracker does seem to be of good quality and comes with a very nice collar. Unfortunately, I’m having a hard time with the setup. When I went in the app to add the tracker, I was able to select the tracker with Bluetooth on and added the authorization code, but on the next screen when it requested the device purpose, I was not able to select an option from the pop up box and instead what appeared was an error code that stated “request exception 3840.” I tried moving past the step by just adding my phone number, but the device purpose is a required field. I also restarted my phone and reinstalled the app, but the error message remained. The product seems nice, but without a functional app it is of no use. I tried to look up other trouble shooting options, but I’m not seeing anything to resolve this type of error. ... show more
