Our cats love it! Included video of our younger cat spazzing out for a brushing. <3 We have two American short hairs, (bonded pair) adopted a few mos ago. I was looking for a good brush to help distribute the oils over their coats better, as both had dry skin & some dandruff when we brought them home. We started them on Essential 6 Spot On by vet recommendation, and that combined with this brush worked amazing! The steaming function and the button to eject the cat hair when you’re done brushing got my attention, the cuteness of it was a total bonus. :) The brush is easy to use and it was super simple to fill the water reservoir up; I didn’t have to read the directions for that. The brush is on a heavier side when it’s filled with water, but the steam function makes it that worth it! The steam leaves our cat’s coats refreshed looking and clean. They don’t even notice the steam and aren’t bothered by it in the least, they just go nuts for the brush—they love it, so we’re more than pleased too! I’d also say this brush doesn’t feel cheap by any means either, works great, decent price, easy to operate. The bristles aren’t super flexible, I’d say they’re firm but not in an uncomfortable way. If yoj want a very flexible bristle then that wouldn’t be this brush, but the bristles work great at collecting loose hair. The function to empty the hair at the end is really useful (easy to do) and makes clean up a breeze when done grooming the cat. I would say this brush is most effective for short to medium haired cats, a long haired cat needs a different brush. Perhaps more flexible bristles and longer bristles? Idk for sure but I would think short-medium would benefit from this product. Durability seems good—we haven’t had any problems with it and the battery life is great. We charged once when we got it and haven’t had to recharge it yet. I also like that it has a lower steam option and then medium/high steam option if you want more steam. I use the low most, it’s very effective and leaves their fur damp but smooth and well-brushed. No tangles. Def a keeper!

Medium size pet brush that water flows out of when you brush. Comes with a charger and a little bottle to add water to the hair brush tank. I add hot water but when the water flows out it’s cold. My dog and cat seem to like it. I didn’t think the cat would like it but he definitely enjoys being brushed with it. It removes a lot of hair and is easy to remove the hair from the brush. I have used it several times and still works great. The bristles are flexible. Easy to use!

We purchased this brush to use on our short-haired cat and possibly our Sheltie. The bristles are sturdy and have not bent like cheaper brushes. The fur release plate works well. The steam function is easy to use and has 2 settings. A small bottle is included to make filling easier and portable. There is also a short charging cable included (USB-C). The cat was startled by the steam, so we are using it without for a while to get her used to the brush. She likes to rub her face on the brush while I hold it. She allows me to brush her back. But if I get too close to her stomach, she attacks the brush. Due to the shape she gets the brush & not my hand! The dog loves being brushed. The steam did not bother her, but she does want to lick the brush more now. The steam definitely helps keep the flyaway fur down.

My kitties love this and none of them ever liked being groomed before. One of my kitties specifically, Shoku, has trouble cleaning her back, resulting in build up and matted fur. I would cut the matted fur (small amount), comb it out, and it would come back. Since the most recent cut and consistently grooming her with this brush, the matted fur has not come back and her coat is shiny, soft and cottony again. She loves it when I brush her! As soon as I start, she comes to fully lay down for it. Note: do NOT let them see the steam. They do not like it and most likely won’t let you brush them lol. As for noise level, it’s relatively quiet. I personally hear nothing over the sound of brushing, which is so satisfying to do with this brush! There’s no odd smells, it’s easy to use, feels durable and the battery lasts for days! I haven’t charged mine going on a week or so now. As for the heat level, I don’t notice any at all. It’s a cool steam, but I’m sure you can change that by adding warmer water. As for value for money? You can’t beat this brush!

Both me and my cat love it! Very cat and dog friendly! Super-quiet operation and the bristles work well for catching loose fur without scratching. It glides through their fur and the grip doesn’t get slippery. It’s held up very well over the last few months!

My cat's don't like it that much, it's easy to use and it's worth the money, it removes hair like 50% but not as good as the regular ones I have. My cats are short hair.

This product does exactly what it advertises. When you turn it on, cool steam comes out and dampens the fur slightly as you brush through it. This freshens up the fur and ensures that little loose hair is left over. But what I like the best is that my cat doesn’t even notice that I am using it. Every other tool I’ve tried to use, he will instantly bite down on it and barely let me comb/brush. Maybe there’s something about this tool that reminds him of his mother licking his fur. Maybe it’s the cool steam that desensitizes his skin before the brush runs through. Maybe it’s that the tines themselves have those rubber tips so they’re gentle. Maybe it’s because it’s white and his fur is white so he just doesn’t notice it even when it’s in plain sight. I think it’s probably everything in combination.There are a couple things to note. One is that when you turn it on you press the button once, but when you turn it off, you press it twice. Also, the way that you get the hair out of the comb is by pressing a button on the back of it that pushes the hair to end of the tines. If you do this while the unit is turned on, then the hair gets all wet from the steam and it’s hard to get it off. So just make sure you turn off the unit and it works just fine.
