TERRIBLY DESIGNED AND OVERPRICED. You could get something like this off temu or aliexpress for WAY cheaper and nicer. This does not match the picture. It looks like a way cheaper and horrible version of the one pictured. It came with no instructions but I still put it together. The pillow padding inside is much too small and doesn’t fill the inside which is ridiculous because the piping isn’t covered at all so your pet is going to be laying on part piping. Why this has nothing to cover the piping? I have no idea. But I’ve had cat/dog tents before and none have been this terribly constructed. There are loose threads EVERYWHERE. Good look cutting all of those out. And when you try? More threads just come loose and get created. Also, this reeks of chemicals. The tent also doesn’t even fit nicely over this. I had to really stretch and try to figure out how to get it over and it looks .5 seconds away from snapping and tearing like the hulk out of its shirt. The print is ugly due to the cheap fabric vs how nice and cute it looks in the picture. But they did not size any of this right or make this very pet friendly. Even the entry way due to the tent that doesn’t fit nicely over this, makes the entrance a very uncomfortable entry for any animal due to the height of where a cat could just step in and it’s such a tight fit like I said. I just hate this and hate how much I actually paid for this vs how cheap and nice the ones I’ve bought before were. Only decent thing I can say is the shipping came quicker than it said it would and I was able to get a refund on the item without having to return it so I’ll give this two stars for that alone. But DO NOT buy this and be fooled by how cute it looks in the picture. They always say you get what you pay for and in this case? You get LESS.

UPDATED 03/16/2026 — After reaching out to the seller, I was immediately sent a replacement fabric pillow and the fabric cover for the cat house. The replacement parts that I received are in perfect condition. The seller even followed up with me to make sure that I received the replacement parts and that they were to my liking. The seller stood behind their product and, therefore, I absolutely would do business with them again and absolutely recommend this for any cat parent, especially anyone obsessed with the coquette trend or LoveShackF*****. The replacement parts that I received are beyond gorgeous, and I cannot wait to have company over because I already know I am going to get tons of compliments! This cat house is made of good material and looks super cute on top of that! I assembled the cat house and sprayed one spray of liquid catnip, and my cats are already loving it! -ORIGINAL - I received this cat bed house for my indoor cat, and I have to say the design immediately gave me “LoveShackFancy” vibes—soft, cute, and a little whimsical. I really wanted to love it based on the appearance alone. Unfortunately, the one I received arrived with a few issues. There were multiple loose fabric strings that I spent about 10 minutes trimming off when I first opened it. The zipper was broken, and the padding inside the mat was not properly sealed, so some of the stuffing was already coming out. I immediately contacted the seller, who apologized and acknowledged that the item I received was defective. They advised that they would send me a replacement mat and the fabric portion of the house. (For clarity, the metal rods and connectors arrived in perfect working condition, so the frame itself seems fine.) I’ve now been working with the seller for about 11 days, and I did receive a follow-up message last night letting me know that the replacement parts have been sent. I understand that manufacturing issues can happen, and I’m honestly much more likely to do business again with a seller who stands behind their product and tries to make things right. Since I haven’t received the replacement yet, I can’t provide a full and thorough review at this time. Once the new parts arrive, I plan to update this review with details about ease of assembly, overall quality, durability (especially with one or all three of my cats using it), and any other relevant information. For now, I can say that the current selling price is actually below average for a cat house of this size, which makes it appealing from a value standpoint. However, the overall quality is still to be determined until I receive and test the replacement components. I’ll update this review once I’m able to evaluate the completed product.
