On-line there are so many conflicting opinions on "proper" care. Really did not want to take out a grinding wheel to get the surfaces smooth as some suggest. Since it's your product, I will follow your guidance to the letter. So far so good! My first batch of bacon was outstanding. SECOND: The 5" skillet is a bit small but should do well for a single fried egg. I'm sure over time I will discover other valuable uses. THIRD: NO LOGO stamped on the bottom. Will this aid in more even heat distribution? LAST THOUGHT: Thankfully no more cracked, cut, flaky, "non-stick" surfaces. These are great. I purchased these seasoned and they came seasoned. However I was confused by it since the instructions also mentioned how to season them. So I thought do I need to still season these? That would be no. They are perfect. But I did add a bit more seasoning to them...so that they would be slicker. For the price you cannot go wrong. So far I'm loving them. I use them on my induction cookplate which is a good combination. Would recommend these to anyone who just doesn't have any cast iron cookware. ... show more

I was really looking forward to having a great set of cast iron skillets. I grabbed these because they say that they are preseasoned, and I was nervous about going through seasoning them myself. However, mine did not come preseasoned. I have not even had a chance to even use them because I do not want to mess them up by trying to season them myself, and they have rusted just sitting in a dry cabinet. I also worry about how short the handles are. I guess I will have to chalk it up to "you get what you paid for". I am sure they will be fine once I do get around to seasoning them, but I am disappointed that they are advertised as preseasond when they aren't. ... show more

I bought these as a gift for someone and I believe they were satisfied. The pans were smaller than I expected. But the largest one is the typical size for a cast iron skillet. The smallest one is big enough just for one egg. The cookbook is also digital. I was hoping there would be a physical copy. But nonetheless, everything seems like the picture and I’m sure they’ll be a joy to cook with. ... show more

I have only used the large one, so far. I baked pizza pockets in the oven. Nothing stuck to it, and it was easy to clean. I am disappointed in the red silicone handles, though. They are too hot to touch if you leave them on the handle while baking in the oven. Sliding one on to remove the skillet from the oven works ok, but be warned that they heat up extremely fast once you slide it on a hot skillet. ... show more

Updating to new 🍳 skillets, I love these because they work so well. Easy to clean, season and use, they provide all the needs and versatility I could ever ask for. The four different sizes give me utility like never before. Even the smallest comes in handy for so many uses.     • Great pans and sizes once you cure them properly, a perfect non-stick pan.
They are technically cured, but you will have to coat them lightly in Crisco and cure them in the oven three times to have Flawless stick free pans. After that it's very simple cleaning in water and you simply recoat the inside in Crisco and dry on the burner after use. Great Steaks, Chops, chicken and stir-fry are yours after that. ... show more
