We got this on sale for slightly under $1800 after trying out different mattresses from Casper and other different brands. It is very comfortable, about a medium on the memory foam scale, and does a good job at cooling. My partner sleeps hot, so we were after a mattress that cooled well.     • First mattress in a box!
Couldn't believe a king size mattress with coil springs fit in a box so small. It has been very comfortable with no problems of back pain. It replaced a sleep number bed we had for over 10 years. No regrets.

    • cooling effect undetectable
wanted to let people know: cooling features sound like a great idea. However, could not detect any cooling (compared to other casper mattresses or regular mattresses I have) at all, even with bare skin directly on mattress. Very disappointing. I almost never give reviews, but thought this should be known. Also, the top and one side of mattress have creases in them that in 3 weeks have not resolved. It's only cosmetic, but would expect better from such a pricey mattress. Fortunately, the mattress is otherwise comfortable for me. Three stars because cooling effect is fiction. ... show more

The packaging is not what I think for a 1750 dollar bed. I think they could surely include that widget for cutting plastic. It is heavy. Can’t understand why there are no handles on this. It’s most difficult to move. The wife has slept on it so far and loves it. It’s not an Aireloom but for 3-4 yrs it will do . ... show more
