I'm a 70-year old female with OA and had the topper covered and ready for sleep in ten minutes box-to-bed, no extra help or wrestling lessons needed. It's really not that difficult, just be sure to follow the directions on the insert card. The directions mentioned needing two people to "flip" the topper over, but I just log-rolled it instead. UPDATE: It's been a week now, and the topper's mouse-like odor (that's all I can think of as a close comparison) has not gone away. There was absolutely no odor, and the cover was easy to place. A 3" memory foam topper that I purchased to revive a guest bedroom required 36 hours in the garage to dissipate the odor before I could make up that bedroom. Very comfy. You sink into it but not too much as it cradles your whole body. Will transform your mattress and prolong it's life. Make sure you lay it on your mattress on top of the cover before you take it out of the plastic. Let it rest for an hour or so and just pull the cover over it and flip it over. ... show more

We have the regular Casper mattresses at home, and my husband absolutely loves sleeping on it. When he visits his parents, the bed there is super firm, and he never sleeps well. So he ordered this off of Amazon and placed it on top of the bed. Definitely helped improved his sleep, but not quite as good as the full mattress, of course. ... show more
