I'm a 70-year old female with OA and had the topper covered and ready for sleep in ten minutes box-to-bed, no extra help or wrestling lessons needed. It's really not that difficult, just be sure to follow the directions on the insert card. The directions mentioned needing two people to "flip" the topper over, but I just log-rolled it instead. UPDATE: It's been a week now, and the topper's mouse-like odor (that's all I can think of as a close comparison) has not gone away. Very comfy. You sink into it but not too much as it cradles your whole body. Will transform your mattress and prolong it's life. Make sure you lay it on your mattress on top of the cover before you take it out of the plastic. Let it rest for an hour or so and just pull the cover over it and flip it over. ... show more
