** Update, bumping to 4 star. I bought some M42 drill bits, drilled them out and Casoman refunded me $20. It took them a while to make this right, they finally did, but still 4 of the sockets I received in the kit needed to be altered to fit in a Harbor Freight Peg socket organizer. ** Changed from 1 star to 2 star as customer service finally reached out after a week, we'll see if the replacements they are sending from China in 25-30 days is worth updating the entire review ** While the product works as intended, customer service just doesn't exist. They will NOT help you!! Do NOT buy from Casoman if you care about customer service or warranty replacement. I requested they replace the 4 sockets in the photo that don't fit on a peg organizer. I was asked to give Amazon order number and photo and Casoman stated they would replace or refund. After a week of waiting, they have NOT refunded or replaced as they originally stated. There has been NO communication at all since my first inquiry and I've tried daily. I'm extremely disappointed and will never buy from Casoman again. ... show more
