  • Great Watch for a 7" or smaller wrist
I was a bit surprised when I received this watch. As other reviewers mentioned, it did look a bit like a kids watch at first. The strap is narrow and very lightweight but for $10 I was willing to give it a chance. I'm glad I did. This is a great watch. Because it's small and lightweight, I barely know I'm wearing it. Several times in the first few days, I caught myself thinking that I'd forgotten to put it on! I'm very happy with the comfort and fit of it. It definitely is not for a large wrist though. My wrist measures 5.75" which puts me at the 3rd hole from the watch face. To use the last hole your wrist cannot measure more than 7" so be aware of that before you order. All in all, if you're looking for an inexpensive, comfortable watch this is it! ... show more

  • - This watch is perfect, small
I thought when I bought this watch it would break at work because it feels flimsy. Cue my shame in believing that the feel of a product makes it worthless. -.- This watch is perfect, small, dainty, and holds up to some pretty heavy stress. It's perfect for work, and fits perfectly under gloves and lab coat. I love it! I hardly notice it is there until I need it. It's perfect and it is easy to clean. ... show more

  • Small, Water Resistant
I have very small wrists, and this is the first watch that I've owned where I don't have to use the last hole on the strap (there's two more to adjust even smaller). So, it's great for those with small wrists. I was nervous about the "water resistant" meaning, as I am a therapist and wash my hands a lot, use sensory bins, etc., but because the price was right, I decided to give it a try. I've attached a chart that may be helpful to define the water resistance ratings. "Water Resistance" means "wearable while water is being splashed, but not under any pressure." That being said, I have forgotten to remove it at least 3 times before showering, and so far it's held up great. I'm very happy with my purchase. ... show more

  • A small, clean, black watch for wrists on the smaller size
I've been wearing this watch everyday for about 4 months. I've worn it to work (in a kitchen) and to school. It still looks brand new! I wash dishes and wash my wrist/hands with it on and it held up wonderfully. The only thing I would like to emphasize is even though this is a great inexpensive watch, it is very small and will only probably fit women's wrists that are thin to normal. I am not thin but my wrists are and I am on the second to last hole. I can't even imagine how small a wrist would be to fit into the first hole (I guess a child's). I saw this watch at Wal-Mart by Casio with the same black colors but it felt different and of a lower quality. I really enjoy the clean, scratch-resistant straps that I feel I can sanitize well and continue to look new. Overall, if you have wrists on the smaller-normal size and are looking for a clean, simple, small black watch, this is a great choice. ... show more

  • Love this watch
This is the second one of these that I bought. The strap on the first one broke, and it was cheaper to buy a whole new watch than a replacement strap. That is so ridiculous. It's so wasteful. I don't know what to with the first one since it still works. This watch is the perfect size for small wrists. The color is discreet and great for everyday wear, you can't tell it's a cheap watch unless you look closely. I always bang up my watches, and I don't have to worry with this. This is my go to watch every day. ... show more

  • Cheap, inaccurate, not worth spending money on
Pretty simple watch. Casio brand is reliable. It's a simple black watch. I purchased it because I needed to be able to have a second hand and this was a cheap option. I did look silly wearing two watches though. The second hand makes a ton of noise ticking away every second. I feel it was much louder then a standard watch. I feel it was loud like a wall clock would be. Also the knob to adjust the time broke after only wearing it a few times (and I only wore it to class a few hours a week at this point). It can still be adjusted but it is difficult to keep the knob locked, therefore if you brush it against something or move too fast even, the time changes. So the time is never accurate anymore. Even though I only need it for the second hand, I should be able to rely on it for the time still. Not worth the purchase. Spend more money on a nice watch. I love my smart watch. And now I can purchase screens with seconds! ... show more

  • Casio Women's Watch
This watch is made for a small wrist. My wrist measures 6.5" and it is tight to wear on the last hole. Otherwise, it is a great watch for casual wear. I just purchased another Casio watch with a metal band and it fits my wrist perfectly without having to remove any links. I'd recommend you measure your wrist and if it is 6" or less, this is a great little watch. ... show more

  • The principle problem with this Casiowatch is the fact that the wearer may lose it ...
The principle problem with this Casio watch is the fact that the wearer may lose it if the end of the watchband slips out of the tab. Unfortunately, since the tab isn't fastened down to the watch strap, it slides back and forth, so the watch could easily drop off. I'm dealing with this design flaw with Scotch Removable Poster Tape, purchased several years ago at Staples. Wal-Mart, Amazon.com, and others carry it also. This colorless double-sided sticky tape is 3/4" wide with a removable strip on the back. Cut off a 1/4" piece of tape with scissors, peel off the back, and fold it in half. Stick the tape on the back of the watch strap where you want the tab to stay, slide the tab over the tape, and press into place. If you guess wrong, the tape is removable, so you can try again. Caution: Tape eventually loses its sticking power if it gets gummed up with dust, dirt, or water, so you'll need a different solution if the watch is worn in the kitchen or the garden. I only wear a watch when leaving the house to shop or run errands, so this watch will do fine if I check the tape frequently and replace it as needed. If there's a better idea out there, please speak up. This is a simple, inexpensive watch that's comfortable for those of us with small wrists. It would be very nice if we could make it work long-term. ... show more
