Band size: 18mm If you can only have one watch, this is the watch I'd pick. It keeps very accurate time and can last decades of abuse, wear and water. You can also polish the face and shroud with abrasive toothpaste or fine compound if you get scratches over the years that build up. This is what every watch should be. Simple, easy to use, affordable and reliable. I've washed this in the shower, sink and worn it in the rain and have never had water ingress. I wouldn't recommend swimming every day with it or anything, as water CAN evaporate into the housing, but it's fairly easy to disassemble to clean and dry. Here are the cons: - Get yourself a better watch band. The one that it comes with will degrade from skin oils over the years and eventually break. I prefer fabric straps like nylon bands or hook & loop. - Be careful about storing or using this in temperatures below 30F / -1C. I like it really cold in my bedroom and sometimes the watch can reset at these temperatures. When warmed by your wrist, it can still happen on occasion in very cold environments, such as when riding a bike in cold weather. Keep your wrist covered in those kinds of conditions. ... show more

This watch is indestructible I been trying to beat up like it a everyday and still together. It waterproof up to 14ft deep what I know so far. I swim with on everyday for 4 months and still weather no water. The size and weight it's like unnoticeable. The light level i can see underwater 14 feet deep. This is the second one of these that I've worn for everyday outdoor wear andwhen doing hard work that might damage a watch. Low cost makes these easily expendable if damaged when wearing, which is exactly why I use these Casios.

I have a seven and a half inch wrist And it seems to fit perfectly the watch does have a plastic buckle instead of a metal one but that's no problem it has a little ratcheting system that keeps the band in place. I think the band is a really comfortable fit but it is just a little bit stiffer than my G-Shock band. It is everything you need in a simple package and it is retro looking which is cool. I shower with it everyday I wash my hands every day and I work out with it at the gym everyday not a single problem ... show more
