    • Arguably the coolest-looking (yet tastefully understated) GA-110 yet...
For looks alone, I give this 5 stars. I love wearing this during the weekends. This really caught my eye at Macy's department store last March 2014. Black and orange, how could you go wrong with that color combination on a rugged watch? It looks not really understated but not really bling-y or garish. For functions, it does have the usual stopwatch, timer, alarm, world time, 20 bar water resist, with that G-Shock durability they have been famous for. BUT, it could be a challenge for most to read the digital functions on this, due to the underwhelming LED backlight coupled with a negative display. The analog hands are the only way you could read the time at a glance. To summarize, if you want an awesome looking analog/digital G-Shock that doesn't scream "Look at my G-Shock!", get the GA-110TS-1A4 to wear strictly during daytime. If you want readability anytime of the day with all the usual G-Shock features, look for a positive display G-Shock. ... show more

Casio G-Shocks are perfect for work because I cant destroy them out in the field. They are well made, accurate, and reliable. I personally love the look of this watch. It is not a small watch! If you're looking for a slim unobtrusive watch you wont notice, this probably isn't the watch for you. The whole line of G-Shock's by Casio are all fairly beefy. The only thing that slightly disappointed me, was the difficulty to read all of the digital elements on the watch's face. I don't have the best eyesight, but the black-on-gray can be hard to read if it's not in the perfect light. It was hard to tell based on the pictures, because they are well-lit and taken up close. Not a deal-breaker though. Overall, a great daily watch that is very durable in a construction environment. ... show more

    • Nice, sleek, rugged great looking watch!
Awesome watch - just too nice to stop looking at. Have the white one, loved it, but the band changed color after wearing it a lot. Hoping this one stays nicer longer. Didn't realize it was not black when I ordered it, but was very pleasantly surprised to see the dark grey. Very nice looking, probably looks better with the grey. These watches are just about indestructible. With the sleek looks of this one I've already got people asking about it. I notice a lot of people complaining about the light not being suitable for other gshocks, and it holds true for this. The background on the digital is black with the number/ letters being a lighter color. This does make it a little more difficult to see, but works none the less.     • I have always liked the G-shock
I purchased this watch as a second watch, not always wanting to wear my expensive GMT Master. I have always liked the G-shock, and this one doesn't disappoint. I read many reviews, before buying this watch, and the major complaint about it, as with most of the G-shocks was the fact that the light wasn't considered bright enough. I disagree. The light, when I use it in the dark is bright enough to be able to tell the time, and that's all I need. As far as I am concerned, it does its job. The watch is large, but I am fine with that, as I like a larger watch on my wrist. If you like the massive Nixon Brand watches, you won't have a problem with this one. This G-shock looks better and fits better then the larger faced Nixons. My G-shock is comfortable, and I am very pleased with this watch. ... show more

I’ve seen this piece of art on several sites. So when I opened Amazon and they had it in stock. Placed my order in a few days this fantastic piece was in my hands. The colors are amazing. This bad boy seems to be almost indestructible. Fits great and perfect weight for a watch.
